The coffee machine needed descaling and the paper cups were too small for even the smallest coffee.

Very clean, nice room and bathroom, had everything you need. My room had a beautiful writing desk and large windows with shutters and curtains.

The civic number of the location ls 3 1/2, a little bit confusing, I thought I was renting a 3 rooms apartment not a hotel room. The room was just after the « portique » no even in the main section of the hotel so it was really noisy especially with he children yelling in the morning. The room might look like a maintenance office or something similar so people where not bothering watching for the noise. Finally the AC was not working at all. Even it wasn’t the most expensive place for the location, it should’ve been cheaper.

The location was great, In the old, old neighborhood where everything began. No need to Interact with people to check in or check out. A lot of toilet paper and towels.

There wasn’t any functional shower in our room, we contacted the owner and no fix ups. We couldn’t wash the whole weekend.

No staff, I recognize I need interac with people at a hotel service.

It is the first time that I have stayed in an autonomous hotel, It is super close to the Frontenac castle, clean and comfortable. I recollend it for backpack travelers.

Our room was very hot and we were not able to adjust the temperature. Also, the air fresheners throughout the building were very strong and unpleasant.

Lack of parking but that is normal for that area. The noise from people walking and talking in the hallways is not muffled by anything, falling asleep before 12 was hard on our first day. Having a noise curfew would be useful. Also the mattress needs an update, it has sunken in on both sides- but the bedding and pillows were great

The building is older, so there's no acoustic isolation. You can hear anything going on the hallway. But It didn't bother us because the other guests were Very respectful.

The location is great, really close to vieux Quebec. The apartament was very nice, the cleaning staff was very helpful and the absence of a check in staff was not a problem because online support answered very quickly.

Overall everything was good. However it would be great if there is space for luggage in room and at least one staff in the building. We had 3 bagbacks. One of bags need to leave on the floor. Luggage shelf would be helpful too. We called them several time. No one answered the phone. I was able to contact via email and text.

Location and view was great. Bed and bedding was so comfortable and clean. I prefer low pillow, was happy that they have those. Room was quite and warm enough to stay. Camilo was very kind and quick response.

The entrance where the first keypad is to get you into the lobby is dimly lit so it was hard to read the keypad screen. The bed was a bit too firm for me but I realize that is a very personal situation.

Location was good and it appears the hotel is well maintained. The check-in process was quite easy once we figured it out.
