A stand for a hand towel next to the sink would have been welcomed. If you're staying for a longer period and like to put your clothes away, you may need to upgrade a room to get a dresser. No other issues.

All off the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and it had an nice upgraded feel that I felt beat the expectations for the price. Bed was comfortable, washrooms updated, wifi worked, I streamed music and movies regularly. Close to all Old City locations. Would highly recommend.

This hotel doesn't have any catering services - but there are plenty, very good independent eateries, bakeries and coffee shops nearby.

Great views of QC as the hotel is at the very top, in Vieux Québec, across the road from the Frontenac. The room was very comfy and spacious. Hot-drinks setup geared toward both coffee and tea-drinkers. Tourist Information just downstairs during the daytime. Very easy to reach anywhere in QC from here.

No parking on-site - not a big hassle, though, because the hotel provides directions to a public parking location which is 3 minutes away by walk.

Barely anywhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom and no shelves or drawers for clothes in the main room. We were only there a few days, so it was no problem living out of our suitcases.

This hotel is in the best location for tourists- literally above the tourist information center. Across the street from the Chateau Frontenac and a 5-10 min walk from all the sights. The hotel is very clean, well-staffed, modern, and comfortable. The bed was so comfy, the shower was great, there is an in-room fridge, and little shelves for snacks. It was amazingly quiet, despite being in a busy area, but maybe this was also because we came in the off-season in March. Our room had a view of the Chateau which was like a fairytale. The front doors are locked after 5 pm for safety and you use your room key to enter the building.The hotel appears to be staffed 24 hours- you just buzz the intercom to be let in at night- so no worries if you have a late flight.

Well presented, very helpful staff with on site currency exchange and printing services. Really close to all the Old Quebec sights. Beautiful bathroom with great water pressure and a choice of Shower heads. Above the visitor center for information on the area and information for my next destination with on site currency exchange and printing services

The sofa pullout mattress was nowhere near as good as the main bed, I know they generally aren’t as good as a real bed, but there was a huge disparity here. I’ve slept on a few and this one was probably the most hard and unforgiving I’ve encountered. Kids might be ok but as a group of three adult friends we felt bad for the 3rd person who slept on the sofa bed.

Loved the location, it’s right in the middle of everything we wanted to see and we were able to walk everywhere. Had a lovely view of chateau Frontenac from our quad room with sofa, and the n’espresso machine was a plus. We liked all the cubbies to put our things and had plenty of space for 3 adults on our trip.
