When you arrive to the hotel, there’s a bunch of stairs you have t climb in order to arrive to the reception area. Basically, if you have luggages, it will be hard for you to go all the way up the stairs with your luggages, specially if you are an older person. There’s no parking close to the hotel, so if you want to park it’s an extra 30 dollars a night for valet parking.

The location is good, the hotel is renovated, the rooms are nice and clean.

Saturday morning, there was a really loud noise at 6am outside. Which lasted over 1 hour, believe it was the garbage pick up. It was unpleasant to be woken up this early. Bring ear plugs.

The location within the Vieux Québec is fanstatic. Easy access to walk everywhere; restaurants, shopping, activities, etc..

Breakfast seemed expensive so we went across the street to the bakery. The restaurant was closed both evenings we wanted to go there.

Central location, concierge was very helpful with luggage as we didn't find a good parking space and had to carry all our luggage across the street, very nice room with comfy beds.

We overlooked Rue Saint Jean which was wonderful most of the time but could also be loud. Better windows would help with the sound and black out curtains would also be nice as it was very bright as soon as the sun came out. We had to get new keys to our room twice during our 4 night stay because they stopped working - a bit inconvenient. The biggest down side of our stay was waiting 35 minutes for the valet to bring us our car. He moved very slowly and brought a car out of the ramp every 15-20 minutes. It shouldn't take this long. It was frustrating as we had tickets and then felt rushed.

We were in room 401. It was much more spacious than we expected for an older hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The entire hotel was very lovely and well maintained. We overlooked Rue Saint Jean which was wonderful. You can hear the musicians and people and it feels very alive and energetic. The location is great for walking all over the city, it feels very central to the biggest attractions. The pool is fairly small but it's a pool so that was great for the kids. The sauna was very clean and appeared newer.

The front door men do not open the door! Musty smell in the room

KellyAnn at the front desk provided excellent service! She proposed several upgrade options including a suite offer at an excellent price that I accepted. The front desk staff went out of their way to recommend and search on the internet for restaurants.

Pool is open only 9 am to 12 and then from15 pm, Breakfast is really expensive compares what you get..25$.. and doesnt include tea or coffee.. bakery was from fridge.. even though it was monday and pleanty boulangerie s around.. dont understand

The view from our window over Rue St Jean was so fun and lively…there was a built in bench adjacent to the window where we sat and watched the action. But the windows were far from soundproof so we heard the live music into the wee hours of the night. We were on vacation so not a huge deal, but would not be ideal for anyone who is a light sleeper. Also the (small) pool was only open 9am-12pm and 3pm-9pm (this is because they staffed it with a lifeguard during those hours only).

Wonderful location to walk/bike to everything in the Old Quebec. Very clean and attractive hotel. Parking very close by (valet was full but we were informed by the helpful front desk about another parking garage that was nearby and less expensive)

Didn’t like that the restaurant attached to the hotel would not let you sit at their bar and order a cocktail unless you had dinner reservations. Menu seemed a bit pricey as well.

Property is located in the old town and we could walk to all sights we wanted to see.
