Strangely whilst the suite was really large, the bathroom / with shower in bath was small in comparison. Didn’t spoil anything , just surprised

Kids enjoyed the complimentary 1 hour Kayaking/Paddle boarding offered to Guests. Since the Marina wasn’t busy on the day, we were allowed more than an hour!!!

The property is very dated and desperately needs updated and upgraded. It had more of a motel feel than hotel feel. The location is beautiful but unfortunately the property does not match this and is very expensive for what it is.

The patio area for the restaurant was delightful with great views of the lake. The staff here were friendly.

Very few amenities for a “resort” Food was charged to our bill that wasn’t ours. Air conditioner was extremely noisy. And the second night the people upstairs continuously open and slammed the door shut and started loud music at 7am The room had dust on the chairs and cobwebs in the corners of the room When we checked out, not one person asked how our stay was.

Room was sad. Although it was not a view room we expected more. I’m sure at one time it may have been nice but you need a to a fresh look. The view from our deck was of pallets stacked up, old furniture and heavily overgrown landscaping it’s very clear it’s a staff entrance and back of the kitchen. A refresh of the area will go a long way. The hallway carpets were heavily stained. We were not impressed with the accommodation and felt a nice resort should ensure even the non view rooms aren’t depressing. The room was very overpriced for what we had. We left unhappy and checked out a day early.

Was there for two nights - asked three times for the room to be cleaned (it never was). Asked twice for new towels, and finally, I was able to get some after calling the front desk and stating that the service here sucks. The fridge didn't work, despite being in the coldest setting. We had a 15 month old who drinks milk, and we needed to get new milk daily as the fridge just wasn't keeping it cold enough. The hotel also called us prior to arriving and asked if our child would like a playpen for our room - we said yes, but there was never one presented or mentioned again. Most of the staff looked about 15 years old. Normally, I don't complain about holidays, but I'd expect better service for a $400 a night hotel.

The hotel is tired and dated. Bed clean and comfy but the rest of the room was just “ok”. Windows dirty and deck needs cleaning and maintaining. Phone not working in room. Had to get card keys re-programmed 4 times!! as they kept deactivating. Signage poor. When in lobby there is no sign for elevator. Pool gate no signage for exit button so guests were getting up to help each other enter and exit.

People continues to park in front of my unit and it made it very hard to get out of the garage that was attached to my townhouse. A no parking sign would solve that, easily.

The view of the harbor and beach was fantastic. There was a nice private patio with table and chairs to sit outside the townhouse. Also, a grill ( private) on the patio. The fireplace in the living room was so nice.

The bathroom was ridiculously tiny!! Also the room did not enough places to put things (hooks, bedside tables, not enough outlets)The tv didn’t work. There were no cots. The front desk staff weren’t very helpful.

The kids loved the pools, good location. The grounds were very pretty and well kept.
