We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaCabins are a bit dated, although they could use some TLC we were comfortable and cabins are fully stocked with everything you need minus food and bedding :)
Access to the beach, use of paddle boats and dock. The restaurant was right there and the food was great! Staff are always super helpful and friendly, we love coming to Marble Lake Lodge!

CanadaThe old appliances, fridge covered in rust and the stove all the elements didn’t work and it was dirty. Had to clean the cabin before using it. The stove was dirty under the elements and inside the stove was black.

CanadaI stayed at Cabin#1. The cabin is kind of run down. The mattress makes noise when I make movements which is very annoying. The shower house is unpleasant. Cottage #1,#2 & #3 are old cabins. #4,#5,#6 are newer cabins. I would only recommend the newer cabins and avoid the old cabins.
complimentary canoe and kayak are great. Location is great, just by Marble Lake and close to Bon Echo Provincial Park. Staff Chris is friendly and willing to help.

The cabin was very close to the beach. Beautiful view of the water (Cabin #1) Lots of trees for shade. Played horseshoes. Breakfast was great. Poutine and pizza was delicious.

I like that they are CABINS. Rustic and simple. A great value. Connie and her staff are friendly and easy going. Just the ticket to help you decompress and chill out. The food at the Hungry Moose is hardy and good value.
