It was noisy as of 5h30am (other guests in the hallway, I think).

The bed was very comfortable. The location is great. The size of the room is perfect.

The checking machine charged me an extra $50, and I was unable to get a confirmation from the reception in the morning that it would be removed. I was also unable to get a copy of my invoice due to a glitch in their computer system. Not acceptable.

Although my reservation was confirmed with booking.com when I arrived late in the evening, the automated entry machine said it didn't have any reservation for me. The desk closed at 8 pm, so I was stuck. My grandson & I were very tired and stuck. I called the emergency number next to the machine, and a man answered and said he would come. He was very helpful and checked us in. But we only got into our room at midnight, it was freezing and we had to leave early. It was a very expensive night as the rate we were charged in this tiny town was now $176.40 taxes, incl. I wasn't happy.

I have stayed here many times and never had any issues. It was always pleasant and reasonable rates.

It would have been nice to be able to walk by the river but there is no easy access

The hotel is out of town, so not walking distance from any restaurants or bars. It was useful, therefore, to have a restaurant on site which was acceptable. The hotel is like a motel in the way that you park up just outside the door to your room.

hallway inside door to lobby is locked after 8, eve though it is internal. To get to the lobby, restaurant you have to go outside and walk around the building to get to the entrance! Weather was good while i was there so it was not a problem, but in winter or rainy weather this would be bad. It's an internal hallway door that opens directly into the lobby, vending machines and restaurant. Why is it locked at all?

At the far end of a 5 km long small town.

Newly renovated, clean room with comfortable beds. Restaurant menu looked more like fastfood, but turned out to be very tasty. Very friendly staff.

I arrived at 8:30 pm and reception was closed. They had an automated checking machine but it said I was already checked in. I didn't know where to look for the key. Finally I called oe of their other location who was able to tell me where my key was. It was fine after that. Their reception always closes at 8 pm.

Reception closed at 8 pm so even though I had a reservation, I had no info about how to get my room key. On arrival it took me awhile to figure out their machine fo check in. The I had a hard time finding the room as the numbers were not well lighted. Once in, TV didn't work and I didn't know the password fir thee internet and there was noone to ask. I found out tge next morning so in future I will know how it works.

Very nice room, unfortunately too big for 1 person. Bed was comfortable and nice bi bathroom.. lovely quilts on the queen size bed.

Great place to stay when coming to La Tuque. Small rooms but very well equipped and were renovated just a few years ago. Very quiet at night, we didn't hear trucks and cars on the road nearby.

Convenient location, our room was quiet. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the adjoining restaurant was excellent (not included, but a reasonable price). Covid rules (vaccine passport, masks and cleanliness) were all adhered to, which was reassuring.

Don’t be disappointed if you don’t see your second bed, it’s a Murphy bed! Very comfy. :D

The rooms have been updated and modernized. Everything in the room was brand new clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. There was an air conditioner. The outside of the motel does not match the inside of the brand-new updated room. The room was bright and spotless and clean. There was a fridge in the room. Hair dryer in the bathroom brand new tub shower and vanity sink. Brand new vinyl tile flooring throughout.
