Rooms outdated. Trains going back and forth at night can be a bit much , we were located on the main street- other rooms behind us wouldn't hear the clanking as much or if at all.

Best price for this time of year. Room had a large tv and lots of channels. We requested an accessible room which they had available. Walking distance to downtown..about 10 to 15 minute walk.

Nothing. I just wish we could stay longer to experience more of the attractions near by. There are so many places that we couldn’t go to because of time limit. Make sure to spend at least a few days to go around the places near by. Patricia Lake and Pyramid Lake are very close. You could go to Medicine Lake too.

We loved the suite that we stayed. The bed was comfy and the interior was clean and roomy. The bathroom had a good shower where you could sit down. The location was also nice too. It is not far away from the restaurants near by and being close to Starbucks was a nice value add.

We loved our room, and the shower was excellent. It was newly renovated. The spa area was super clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool and were the only ones using the facility which was a bonus. The check in staff were super nice and welcoming even checking in on us to see if we were enjoying our stay.

I stayed in room 201 with a king sized bed on the second floor with a beautiful view of the mountains. I enjoyed the pool, the sauna and the hot tub.

We went to take a dip in the outdoor hot tub and only like 2 jets were working and we had to wait for the 2 other people that go there first to leave before we could take their seats and get some jets. The lighting in the rooms is very minimal. And the radiator for the rooms heat is right behind the bed and makes the head of the bed and the pillows very hot…like almost concerningly hot.

Location was nice right off the main road, had a place to have dinner really close. Was nice to grab a Starbucks in the morning.

This property still uses keys, not cards. So keeping hold of a physical key is a little more difficult. We had friends stay on the other side of the hotel and they could hear the train all evening. The rooms are older, carpet is red, and the furniture is old.

Pool and hot tub were accessible to all guests, including a jacuzzi tub outside. The pool offers changing rooms and a sauna, all were well maintained. We had to call for more towels in the pool and they showed up under 5 minutes each time. A Starbucks is in the same parking lot, and surrounded by many fantastic restaurants, in neighbouring hotels and buildings. The bedding/sheets/TV/mini fridge were all up to date in the room, they also offered ice and vending machines in the lobby. Our party did go down for skiing/snowboarding, so being out in the snow and cold, viewing the mountains was the best part of the trip.

It was at one end of Jasper and was quite a walk into the town. There is really only one restaurant close by.

There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi and they were great. You could park just outside your room. It was easy to find when driving. The room was a good size There was a starbucks next door for breakfast.

Tv wasn’t working. Should make sure it’s ready when getting room ready. Automatic soap etc in tub looks great but just because it looks like there is shampoo etc it should be checked properly as shampoo and conditioner was virtually out!!!!
