For the price I can't really say anything bad about the place.

Friendly staff and reasonably priced. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable.

Room was big, well equiped, and clean. Front desk was friendly. Wifi worked just fine. Also as a tea drinker, I'm always pleased when a room comes with a kettle that's been cleaned in the current century :-)

It is a little further out of the main street. It is still walkable, but windchill makes it difficult in certain conditions

We had to ask for a new sheet for our bed because when we pulled the covers back, there was a stain on our bottom sheet. The only other thing (and it isn't the hotel's fault) is that I didn't like how the coach buses were parked outside our room. It made parking a little difficult and they were very noisy. We were woken up at 12:45 am one night to one of them backing up. It was beeping so loud for what felt like forever. Then he did it again at 8am. They should park out on the main road if they are going to be moving around at all hours. Not in the guest parking lot right outside of the rooms. I did mention this to the front desk and the employee was very understanding and apologetic and said she would address it with the bus company.

We really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. If we needed something, they came and brought it right away. We also loved that there was a Starbucks right there!

Coffee maker was broken, air gap around door so our room was cold. It was -36 c over night.

It’s a very nice place to stay in Jasper. I had a one night stay and had no issues. Front office staff was friendly and helpful.

We've been coming to the Marmot Lodge for years and it's our go to in Jasper.

The hot tub and pool are separate from the main building, and require going outside to access them, with the hot tub being open to the elements. This wouldn’t be much of an issue during the summer, but not ideal in the colder weather. The carpets were also a bit worn out and the door still uses an actual key instead of a card.

The bathroom looked newly renovated and liked the walk in shower. The beds were also fairly comfy and enjoyed the complimentary room upgrade.

Third stay at the Marmot and as always it has met my expectations. Good location and a little ways from down town. I had a second floor room this time that a had good view with a sundeck and chairs for relaxing.
