The $39 + tax per day parking is a bit harsh after paying for the room plus amenitie fee. Although it's a perfect location for the view, that part of Niagara is quite horrible otherwise. So trashy/touristy. No one needs that many iHops and Barbecue joints.

The room was instantly comfortable and relaxing. It was so lovely to have a large bathroom and a huge window to sit by and watch the view. We stayed over 3 days that were foggy and rainy so the view of the falls was...intermittent and partial, but still spectacular. I know I'll be going back (probably when friends and family visit). It's such a great way to experience the falls. The bed was very comfortable and the room was extremely clean and quiet (despite having families stay on either side of us).

The parking wasn't arranged up front and included in the total price. Also didn't like that the charges on the receipt didn't match the charges to my credit card. I paid more on my credit card and I don't know why. The invoice is very confusing. Too many charges and each is charged HST and then maybe even again on the total. I now will have to call next week to figure this out. Also the fact that there are two Marriott hotels across the road from each other.

Liked the upgrade of our room from river to fallsview. That was a really nice surprise.

Paying $40 a day for off site / non valet parking was a definite rip off. Not explained well at check in.

The HVAC unit seemed to be messed up. It was really warm in the room and even trying to turn down the thermostat didn't seem to have any affect.

The room was spacious and the absolute best view of the falls you could ask for. Superb!

Keeping the room at a decent temperature was a challenge. It was hot and stuffy. Not sure if it was an issue with the thermostat in our room or just how the hotel is. But it didn’t ruin our stay by any means.

The view and spa tub were amazing! Easy and friendly check-in. The hotel staff were friendly.

Lack of tour options, and distance to parking. Valet staff mislead guests into paying for parking which is complimentary if you speak with the front desk. I did not appreciate daily charges being made to my card without my authorization. Front desk assured me these will reverse off. Spa should be complimentary or discounted available to guests. Menus and drinks over-priced but in line with other hospitality in the same specific area. Drove to far better value restaurants and bars just a mile away.

The view is amazing and was the main reason for booking this hotel.

We were asked if we wanted housekeeping during our stay, we said no. I asked the following day for more milk to make tea, was assured housekeeping would supply, never arrived!!

The hotel only cleans your room every 3 days. I think that's unacceptable for a hotel of this quality. The pool was out of service which was a pity because It'd have been perfect for relaxing after a day full of activities

I was not happy that I had to pay full price and was not able to use the swimming pool.. I was told that I can cross the street and use the other Mariotts swimming pool. I am not doing that. Go use the pool come out with my hair wet and run across the street to go back to my room? Very inconvenient
