The parking wasn't arranged up front and included in the total price. Also didn't like that the charges on the receipt didn't match the charges to my credit card. I paid more on my credit card and I don't know why. The invoice is very confusing. Too many charges and each is charged HST and then maybe even again on the total. I now will have to call next week to figure this out. Also the fact that there are two Marriott hotels across the road from each other.

Liked the upgrade of our room from river to fallsview. That was a really nice surprise.

Paying $40 a day for off site / non valet parking was a definite rip off. Not explained well at check in.

The HVAC unit seemed to be messed up. It was really warm in the room and even trying to turn down the thermostat didn't seem to have any affect.

The room was spacious and the absolute best view of the falls you could ask for. Superb!

Keeping the room at a decent temperature was a challenge. It was hot and stuffy. Not sure if it was an issue with the thermostat in our room or just how the hotel is. But it didn’t ruin our stay by any means.

The view and spa tub were amazing! Easy and friendly check-in. The hotel staff were friendly.

Lack of tour options, and distance to parking. Valet staff mislead guests into paying for parking which is complimentary if you speak with the front desk. I did not appreciate daily charges being made to my card without my authorization. Front desk assured me these will reverse off. Spa should be complimentary or discounted available to guests. Menus and drinks over-priced but in line with other hospitality in the same specific area. Drove to far better value restaurants and bars just a mile away.

The view is amazing and was the main reason for booking this hotel.

We were asked if we wanted housekeeping during our stay, we said no. I asked the following day for more milk to make tea, was assured housekeeping would supply, never arrived!!

Room was well decorated, furniture good quality, bed so so comfortable. View was magnificent, exactly as described.

The hotel only cleans your room every 3 days. I think that's unacceptable for a hotel of this quality. The pool was out of service which was a pity because It'd have been perfect for relaxing after a day full of activities

The views are amazing and the location is perfect: close to all the restaurants and activities. The restaurant was very nice as it was having an Starbucks in the hall

I was not happy that I had to pay full price and was not able to use the swimming pool.. I was told that I can cross the street and use the other Mariotts swimming pool. I am not doing that. Go use the pool come out with my hair wet and run across the street to go back to my room? Very inconvenient

Did not like parking off site but understood they could not have basement parking. The extra charge of $50 per day for parking was a bit expensive considering you were a hotel guest.

We booked a falls view room and I would recommend doing this. There are chairs placed at the full window and you can watch the view at all times.

Only issue was the swimming pool wasn't open due to repairs but they offered us the use of a pool in the other Marriot.

The hotel itself was fabulous. Breakfast was great. Lovely views of the falls from our room. Very friendly staff. Really enjoyed our stay

Price is too much , must be cheaper than $200 because they didnt give us free parking and breakfast with this price , didnt put the teeth brush , i think price is crazy high.

The parking area is too far from the hotel and it is not free. You need to pay $39.00 per day for the parking. Since the weather is cold we have to resort to Valet Parking service which is $59.00 per day.

The location of our room is falls view. The view from our room is great. The hotel is close to Niagara falls and park, however, it is not advisable to walk from the hotel to Niagara falls during cold season.
