Room was not very clean. I found nails on window frame. Regarding breakfast buffet, we found flies over and in maple syrup.

Multiple tourist taxes costing approximately $100 extra for stay, taxed LS and HST on everything including DAF charity tax and $2 mat fee. Taxes charged were approximately 30-40% greater when booked.

Food was expensive and all you could do was order from outside. Elevator was always busy and took a lot of time to trip.

The falls view was amazing, both at night and day. Enjoyed winter fireworks and lights.

We weren't given the option to park undercover and had to leave the car outside in a large parking lot that was almost full when we checked in, at a cost of just under CAD $40 per day. When we went to make a cup of tea/coffee in our room there were no cups, disposable or otherwise... just 2 lids and only 2 tiny flavoured "milks" that we would not have used anyway as we use real milk or cream not artificial flavours. We were told we would receive 2 bottles of water each day of our stay and they were there when we arrived but no one came to replace them or remove breakfast dishes, tidy room etc the second day... not having the bed made was not an issue but it would have been nice to have the extra water and some cups to drink out of.

The outlook was wonderful... a direct view of the falls from the 10th floor. The room was a really good size and bed comfortable.... great bathroom with a separate shower and huge tub. The restaurant served very tasty food and we ate there twice though the menu was relatively short, they did a good job with everything we had.

In the rooms - the glass windows are blocking the view. There is a steel bar that divides the window blocks the view of the falls while taking pictures as well. While booking, it would be good if you can provide the right picture, easy in selection if we should take rooms at the lower levels or upper levels. For the amount charged per day, may be providing a oven would make it more worth. Especially people who come with kids, Oven is required and every time you can’t expect them to come down to heat baby food. At the front desk, the person attending was very rude and disrespectful. She did not bother to answer. Very bad welcome.

There was a resort fee you had to pay to access the Wi-Fi.

We stayed on the 30th floor and the view of the falls. There was water in reception which was great. There was places to sit within the reception area. The beds were so comfortable
