Excellent location, close to restaurants and supermarkets. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed and clean room. Carpet in the room looked tired. USB charging ports were not working but staff at reception lent us a charger. Breakfast was very average. We stayed in corner king suite with balcony, I wouldn’t cal it a balcony. Overall, it was a good stay.

The lady who checked us in didn’t look welcoming - no smile, no pleasantry, no warmth. At first, she said that we had no booking, even though we had booking reference; then she realised that we made the reservation through Booking.com, then she had to leave us for a few minutes to check with someone else to find our reservation. Very disappointed as we are Marriott’s Bonvoy members.

The property looked new and clean. Location was good. Service was great and food was good in the restaurant.

I was on a lower floor (5th). The light from the swimming pool next to my window, affecting my sleeping in the dark.

There was a strike so the hotel shuttle wasn’t running but we didn’t know so stood outside airport for quite a while. Finally called and was told they had nobody to drive. Spent over 50.00 for an Uber. I was woken up early with the people striking banging pots and chanting.

Staff at check-in and out was friendly and helped us with cab to cruise ship terminal in the morning, was updated to a suite, clean hotel, staff working dining room were very nice. The room at night was very quiet.

the fan clanked against the housing when it stopped running, so we switched it to stay on all night! gotta be smarter than a fan! rm 605 if you want to get it fixed, can’t sleep with it clanking every 10 minutes

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't visit the pool area and gym. 🤣

I like the proximity of the hotel to malls, train station and other centres. My husband and I had walks around these areas and it was such a relief we didn't have to be paying for taxis. We needed to heat our take out meal and we were shocked to get a microwave in our room. Wonderful experience that we look forward to having again.

Breakfast was good, with many varieties. Enjoyed the salad, the fresh fruit and the plain yogurt. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Overall nice facility, friendly staffs, and great location

I drive a truck so I get that it's all relative but parking was very sparse. I believe they have a garage (that you have to pay extra for) but I think the height limitation was something like six feet. Pretty short if you drive anything that any height to it. They were nice enough to let me park out front in the 15-minute spaces since we told them we were leaving first thing in the morning.

Spent the night here before flying out of Vancouver for an international flight. The room was nice (I believe we had some sort of suite) and the beds were very comfortable. Being a suite, we were also able to keep the room where we slept super dark and quiet.

The pool could have been open later, 10pm isn't long enough for these summer days. There were no towels left out and after being asked to bring some, it still didn't happen. We were short towels for our shower the next day because we had to use them for the pool.

The beds were super comfy, we very much enjoyed the pull out couch option for the kids. It was very clean and put together. The digital option for the TV was great and it allowed our kids to keep watching their shows as if they were at home.

Paid for shuttle to/from airport, despite ad for free shuttle (due to strike). The room smelled of wood, not trees.. just wood. This felt like a bit of a cheap room experience.

Although the room and main lobby were re-furnished, the overall condition of the hotel is old. Quilt is old (turn to grey) ; Air conditioner is noisy. It is below my expectation of a Marriott Hotel

5 mins walking distance to a large shopping mall and 10 mins walking distance to a Skytrain station. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Our bed was a queen size not as printed confirmation on Booking.com , a king size. Hotel said mistake was made by Booking.com.
