I was charged/billed for wood that I didn't use. I didn't use the woodstove or firepit at all. I attempted to let the booking.com website know but no one addressed it. It would be better to have wifi available at the cabins, but it was also nice to 'disconnect'

Everything was super lovely! Thank you! Friendly staff, great accommodations! I didn't expect towels! Fully stocked kitchen, I didn't have to bring much with me at all :)

It would have been nice to have had more outdoor seating. We had 4 people and there was seating for 2. There was the picnic table which was nice but we all wanted to sit on the deck. Perhaps folding chairs somewhere to pull out if needed?

Our one and only issue was there was no chopping board in the kitchen but we made do. Everything else was provided.

The campground and chalet sites were gorgeous, the lake and river are easily accessible for a walk along the path created and it's beautiful. The chalet we had was roomy and very clean. There was the option of purchasing firewood for use in the indoor fire (also for outdoor but there was a fire ban so we couldn't have an outdoor fire) but in the end it was warm enough not to use it. Overall we really enjoyed our short stay and hope to return for a longer one soon!

- There is no WiFi in the cabins, which is not clear from the property description. There is WiFi at the office which is always open and decent cell service. - The firewood is only provided at a cost of $6/tote. One tote was enough for our three night stay but considering the cost of the cabins it would be nice to have at least one tote included in the stay. - The road was not plowed or sanded for 24+ hours after 5cm of fresh snow. We had snow tires but our front wheel drive car couldn't make it up a hill in the driveway and we had to get help from staff to get us out. A word of warning for anyone visiting the property in the winter. - The booking.com description of the cabins is a little confusing as it doesn't distinguish between "large" cabins and "small cabins". Both sized cabins are two bedrooms, with the main difference in size being the living area and kitchen. We opted for a larger cabin for more space, but a small one likely would have been comfortable enough for 3 of us for 3 nights. - There were only thin sheets on the bed with no extra bedding provided. We weren't cold, but would have liked to have another comforter to throw on the beds instead of increasing the heat.

The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. They helped me switch my reservation when I actually booked the wrong size cabin and let me work for a day in the office when I learned that the cabins didn't have WiFi. The cabin was comfortable and cozy during our winter stay and the property was gorgeous with some freshly fallen snow. It is also a great place to stay when exploring Keji.
