We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaWe had booked to stay for one night, unfortunately one of our party got covid and we decided rather than expose others at the hotel we would head back home and cancel the booking. The hotel was wonderful about our very late cancellation and didn't charge us at all for the booking. We really appreciated their kindness and would definitely head here again if we get back to Trois Rivieres.

She even went so far as to return a jacket that one of my students had left behind at the motel to our location which was at our annual robotics competition.

CanadaThe pillow was not comfortable. The TV did not have any international news channels. The bulk of the channels were in French. I expected there to be a balance between french an english. Also, there was noise from above me. The floor did not seem to be insulated against noise. I could hear the foot steps of the person above me as they walked in their room.
The lady at the front desk was friendly. The washroom and room were immaculately clean.

Well run property with extremely helpful hosts. It is an old motel, with nicely renovated rooms and super modern bathrooms. Rooms come with coffee machines and a microwave, but the owners are always available to provide what you need, from tourist information to wine glasses. WiFi worked well.

CanadaRoom a little too small. And the window is facing the corridor. So don't to scared when somebody passing by. Choose a room on the ground floor will solve this better. The AC is a bit old and noisy, but it works perfectly.
Service is nice and the room was cleaned very well. It's actually as good as some 3 stars hotels. You will feel very cozy to live in. The people there are nice too. You could sit outside of your door to chill and watch the sunset. The concierge lady is super nice to talk to. You will have nice sleep with many pillows.

The owners were very nice and welcoming. The place was old but clean, comfortable, and 5 minutes drive from downtown Trois-Tivières. We asked for a first floor because my daughter has reduced mobility. And they were more than happy to oblige. It was only 5 minutes drive and very easy to reach from Trois-Rivières.
