The biggest negative was the numerous stains on the sofa and the excessive response time by the host. Yet, this is easily overcome by the fact you are in 2500 sqf apartment with many windows and amazing daylight. Ideal if you need to work from there and spend some time in the apartment. Areas of improvement: 1) Host could be more reactive and faster to respond to requests and questions, it should never take more than 5mn to get a response, it was more 2h...or sometimes no response at all. 2) A little decoration touch could be added to make the apartment atmosphere a little warmer, but I found it was ok the way it was since I was there for intensive work. 3) A little renovation (Small things here and there like paint, stained sofas, etc) could go a long way as you do have a little rundown feeling, but it did not bother me given how great the space is and how convenient the location is for me. 4) As a result, I found the the apartment a little on the pricier side. A tad cheaper, I'd return in a heartbeat.

I tried clarifying some questions with the property owners throughout my stay but got no response. They send automated messages without filling in all of the information pretty frequently though. One of the bathroom sinks was clogged and there were a couple of broken things.

I think the pillows and bedding items needs to be replaced. Pillows are thin and with stains. Bed mattress not comfortable. Sticky spills under the couch. The floors looked dirty. It was only one wine glass and was broken. I would suggest to hire a company who does a better job with the cleaning.

The communication with the owner was excellent. Very spacious. Easy access to the door, and instructions were very clear. The location was excellent. Very nice restaurants around. Easy parking. Not private but we never struggled to find a space. I would definitely go back.

We love the location of the apartment. The moment you walk out the main door you are greeted with a bus stop, located on a street with lots of restaurant options and cafes convenience stores across the street everything walking distance. The apartment on its own was very spacious and comfy. Had all the appliances needed for cooking.

Many broken things: sliding door stuck, shower in private bathroom only gives hot water - not useable, towel bar missing from rack, three of the drawers in bedroom bureau broken, pile of dirty clothes behind that bureau, several lamps not working, tall electric tea kettle missing its power cord, twin bed not useable - metal frame collapses to the floor, many dents and scrapes on painted walls see counters.

The location is great, good neighbourhood, shops and restaurants in walking distance. Also, the apartment has everything to cook at home which is great for a family. Two bathrooms were convenient for 5 people as well.

Unfortunately, in one of the bedrooms the only chest of drawers had all the drawers broken except one, so I thought I would put my clothes on the shelf in the room next to the bathroom but was upset to find five cigarette ends on the only shelf.

it was ideally situated for our needs, was quiet and near to shops. The appliances were good but we couldn’t get the dishwasher to work, some instructions may have been useful. The laundry facilities were good. The manager was helpful before my visit with communication.

The apartment is even more spacious than it appears in the photos, with plenty of natural light streaming in. Additionally, there is a convenient bus stop right in front of the building.

The place just needs a little "TLC". Like blinds in one of the room are broken and fixed up with duct tape. The pillows are quite small although I read this from a previous review and I brought my own (I recommend doing the same). Also the noise travels quite easily through the building.

Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Was perfect for a short term stay, location was great and check-in/out was very simple. Had everything you needed, bathrooms were immaculate and comfortable. Would totally recommend staying here for a short term stay.

When my husband and children arrived, the place reeked of cigarette smoke, the host told me to open the window, It is a non smoking BNB. The couches smelled of cigarettes which opening the window won’t help. There was a cigarette burn on the bathroom sink as well as a cpl of broken items. There was no laundry soap either, dirty dishes in the sink, carpet stained and the living room chair was also stained. Would definitely not stay there again.

Some stains on the couch, made me not seat on them. Pillows were quite slim. Seems like a pet stayed there before my arrival due to some pet hair that I found, Minor details easy to improve with a deeper vacuum of the place.

Location was perfect. Nice view of Sherbrooke street. NDG has a better snow removal service than other areas in Montreal. Parking was free and easy. Many restaurants around and the rental has home appliances if you prefer to cook. Calm area.

One of the showers only had boiling hot water so everyone used the other shower. The door to one room was broken and it wouldn’t open all the way. However, there was another entrance through the adjacent bathroom.

The property had lots of space and was clean. Parking was no concern as well since there was parking only 1 street away. The staff was great as well responding quickly and with clear and concise information.

The mattress and blankets were very dusty and even had hairs on it. We ended up buying new bedsheets, pillow covers and blankets because we could not sleep due to the dust. One of the bathroom locks did not work. And the owner did not even respond to this concerns.If the property was well cleaned my review would have been 10/10.

Beds were a horror scene. Owner used plastic under the bedsheets to protect the mattress. The fitted sheets were too small and constantly slipped out. Worst part is I got to see the condition and staining all over the mattress. One of the spare blankets had pee and blood stains all over. It was horrible. My mother in law got concerned after she got hives on her legs her first tight sleeping there. When we got home we treated all our clothes and fabrics for bed bugs just in case. One of the bedrooms is beside an electrical room/ probably a boiler room or laundry room. There was washing and buzzing all night. If you’re a light sleeper say goodbye to a good nights sleep if you stay here. The owner was slow to respond and when I final heard back the messages felt almost automated since the response mostly ignore the questions I had. Every other message received something relevant (after several hours. Parking is not included it’s hard to tell since the parking indicator was on the listing. It’s all paid parking in the area still prepare yourself. The tv remote was broken so we couldn’t use the tv. Which was a small thing in comparison to the other disastrous things. Bathroom had a gross smell in the shower like the smell of sitting still water was trapped in a small dam basement for too long.
