No chairs for outdoor space all used .was told first come first serve.but didn't let us know we could have got for second night. The price was to much we pd 560 for 2 nights.i pd less in Halifax in high end hotels like Hampton.stair rails need attention they are dangerous.

The dining room was beautiful. Staff very friendly great location bed was comphy air-conditioning the best.pool was clean

Did not like that both doors you could see threw the bottom ,alittle creepy,

I found that you could hear people about you upstairs ,which wasnt that bad,and i will say the breakfast was super and the staff we excellent,certainly will be back again.

We rented 3 rooms and 2 out of the 3 rooms where clean . One of the rooms wasn't when we pulled down the covers to go to bed the sheet was stained and there was dirt and hair . Now with that being said they came right up and changed the sheets however it did still make for a rough sleep as the thought that it was nasty to begin with gave us the creepy crawlies.

We booked for the pool. But once we checked in was told pool not open until July 1 st was very upset as we booked here for the outdoor pool and no mention of pool not being closed on website.

Bed was a bit firm for our liking (a padded mattress topper might help). Curtains did not fit the window properly and let in a lot of light from the exterior lights and parking lot. For those of us who like a dark room to sleep, black out blinds would likely solve this issue.

Room was small but clean. Fridge and microwave were handy to have. Renovated building with a very nice eating area and great hot breakfast. Staff were great! Lots of parking space.

Couldn't control the thermostat. Was too warm. Had to open the window.Had a hard time with the bathroom faucet. Couldn't get the cold water.

Really like the free breakfast included.

Hotel Moncton worked very well for a one-night stop on our Road Trip. The only disappointment was the dated and noisy air-conditioning unit!

The location was ideal overnight on our Road Trip to Nova Scotia. Denis on Reception was friendly and very helpful. Our bed and pillows were very comfy. We had a clean, quiet room at the rear of the Hotel as requested, but unfortunately the dated air-conditioning unit was very noisy!

The condition of the stairwell on the end of the motel was in need of repair. At minimum there were 3 steps with varying height for the rise, several boards were soft/decaying and loose. Made navigation not easy, should be repaired, could be a serious liability. Thanks,

I could hear the people in the room above .... walking around their room. They weren't loud at all, but I could hear their footsteps ... late into the night.

If we stay again, I will ask for a room on the first floor. Stairs hard for anyone with arthritis. We found the bed too firm for our liking.

Hotel is aging and could use some cosmetic improvements & repairs. Wallpaper peeling, a loose light fixture, hole in the wall, gaps around the door frame and the couch looks like it should be at a camp. Bathroom was tiny even though the room was massive.

Staff was terrific, room was huge, person at front desk 24 hours/day.

There was no closet or coat rack. I had to hang my clothes over the bathtub. There was no soap.

The breakfast was great. Staff in the dining room are super! The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the fridge and the coffee.
