I didn’t like the breakfast. It was limited and just carbs. For the amount paid for a night, it was a really bad quality breakfast. More options are needed to be added and fresh options too.

Some staff at reception were a little uninterested in us after we checked in—not overly friendly. A bit noisy in halls. Vending machine out of order. Breakfast adequate but a bit monotonous after a week.

Price was reasonable. Location was conveniently close to Line 1 on metro to get to National Bank Open at York U and to downtown for Blue Jays and Via Rail. Close to a Super Walmart. Breakfast included. Free parking.

Breakfast is limited. Tables are not wiped after use. I remember hot meals you could pay extra for, big fruit salads, etc, In the room, the carpet and bathtub were badly stained,

I was able to get a quiet room away form the elevators as requested. Front desk staff and breakfast room staff were pleasant. The location is close to highways 7 & 400.

There was a potpourri smell as soon you walk in. The breakfast was very simple. They did not provide coffee throughout the day as many hotels do.

I interacted with 4 different Reception staff and none of them were very welcoming, they made us feel like we were an inconvenience. The process for breakfast is very convoluted - we had to queue at Reception to get a breakfast voucher (which was busy with people also checking out) and then handed the voucher straight into a staff member at the entrance to breakfast - why not just give your room number to the staff member at breakfast and cut out the faff with the vouchers?!

The room was clean and comfortable. There is a Walmart across the road, and the Smart VMC bus terminal is a few minutes walk away, with regular buses to the Vaughan Mills outlets and Canadas Wonderland.

No freezer in mini fridge, place old and worn but clean, breakfast was not good. Muffins toast bagels yogurt cereal - and a person watching everything. Was there for a week - only went down once. Nice bar but closed too early. Some staff were great, some didn't even acknowledge we were there. Air system was mouldy - could not turn on or that was all you could smell. Would consider going back. All in all not a bad place.

The room was very quiet on the first night (mid-week) but the occupants upstairs were a little rowdy/noisy on the second (Saturday) night.

Room was a very good size and beds were comfortable. Good price and breakfast was included, although this was quite basic (no hot food). We stayed two nights, two days apart, travelling with family to their cottage in between. There wasn't enough room in their car for all our luggage so the hotel looked after some cases for us until we returned, which solved the problem and was much appreciated.
