The pipes screamed very loudly in the shower when we used warm or hot water. Everything else was perfect.

Extravagant breakfasts with homemade jams made from home-grown fruits. Great view and quiet, cozy room. Alice the host was extremely friendly and hospitable. Bathroom (and everything else) was extremely clean and had a nice big counter for all of our stuff. Beautiful artwork all over as Alice is very talented. We stayed for 4 nights.

Owner was extremely hospitable, recommending “must-see spots” in the area (e. g. trails in Pacific Rim Park), as well as good-value dining. She was very informative about the local history and development of the area. Sleeping accommodations were very comfortable. There is a large communal sitting room with beautiful views. Breakfasts were substantial including eggs, fresh baked goods, homemade preserves and fresh fruit - the menu varied with each day.

The notes in the walls forbidding to make any small laundry. This should be mention the site and the frightening note to pay 50 dollars if you leave the kitchen dirty. It can be asked more delicately

Amazing property with the ocean view from the dock and it’s own garden. Very quite, lots of nice birds, beautiful cats and amazing flowers. Alice is an amazing person and a great cook! She gave us a map and told all the tricks about spots and trails around. She cooked a special vegetarion breakfast for me which was so so nice of her 😍

The breakfasts were fantastic and Alice always added a little touch of her own each morning. To wake up or come into fresh baking was fantastic. The location was good and close to pretty much everything we wanted to see or do. She had alot of suggestions as well when we let her know our plans for the day. She was very informative and knew everything about the area. She led us to all the best spots that we may not have found on our own.

I would say it was a little bit too expensive. It would have been great to have a fan in the room, as it was pretty warm while we were there.

Alice was very friendly and we enjoyed getting to know her. The bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and Alice packed us a breakfast to take with us when we went bear watching early in the morning, which was great!

There is really nothing not to like.

We like everything. We stayed in the queen size one bedroom apartment, which is situated in the walk-out basement. It is recently renovated, very stylish, and there is ample amount of space that can accommodate up to 3 couples. Also the kitchen has everything you need. The location is very good and quiet, with a view towards a lovely garden and you can also spot a piece of the ocean (towards the inland, if you look on any maps app you’ll figure it out). The host is amazing, she is very welcoming and nice, and also knowledgeable about things to do around. We will definitely be back.

Uclulet is a very expensive destination.

We liked the privacy and access to shared space. The breakfast was very tasty. The host shared info about the great forest and ocean side hikes.

Alice was a fantastic host. Breakfast was always delicious, with homemade jams and sweets. The big breakfast area was a nice gathering place to meet the other guests. We departed very early on our final day and were provided a packed lunch and coffee to go.

The place exceeded our expectations, very clean, the garden is beautiful, the location is perfect for a Tofino/Ucluelet stay, and the host is wonderful. Highly recommend staying here, it is an adorable hidden gem, and not to mention the host knows the area very well so she was very helpful. This made our trip even more special!

House was clean and very peaceful. Our host Alice was so lovely, she made sure that we were comfortable during the stay and prepared very nice breakfast for us. There were lot of hand drawn painings and art pieces in the accomadation made by the host. It was so nice of her to help us with places for visiting and suggested some places for food based on our preferences.

The queen sized bed was very comfy but the single bed was very firm.

Breakfast was awesome! The house is lovely and Alice's artistic skills are impressive! Alice is also a very gracious hostess.
