There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom... probably from the waste pipes. We had to open the window in the room before going to sleep. Then closed the bathroom door, and put a towel underneath, to prevent the smell from re-entering the room. Also, there were some noisy guests in the hotel, arguing. One of them looked in distress of some sort, and agitated. Looked like long-term residents?... Maybe the hotel is part of some govt program for people in crisis?... Anyway, we just needed a room for a night, after re-varnishing the stairs in our home. It was more or less OK for just one night.

Unfortunately the floor of the bathroom looked like it hadn't been swept and mopped. The room was very dated. There was a cigarette burn in the toilet seat and stains on the bathtub. The bed was not comfortable. The hallways smelled a bit of cigarettes.

I very much enjoyed the location was close enough to the highway and restaurants. The coffee served in the morning was pretty good. Also the Wifi connection was pretty good, I had no issues with my shows freezing while I streamed. I also saw no evidence of bedbugs.

Bathroom was dirty. No coffee maker in the room. I requested a disabled room only to find out when we arrived that wasn't the case so my husband wasn't able to shower.

We could not take a shower as when we put it on, the center piece fell out so no spray. There were a lot of dogs staying in the hotel so you can smell it even though it is masked with deodorizer.

Room was located near the entry and exit door. This made the room very noisy at night time with people constantly going in and out. Room was small for two people and 2 large suitcases. Not enough space to leave both suitcases open had to constantly lift suitcase to the bed to get something to change into.

Room location was good. Very convenient when coming and going. Bed was comfortable A/C worked well room temperature was nice for sleeping.

Absolutely disgusting hotel, filthy, advertised as none smoking but that is 100% not the case, the whole place reeks of cigarettes and weed. The room was a disgrace with burns everywhere and holes all over the curtains. My daughter and her friend felt threatened and unsafe and had issues with their asthma and allergies as soon as they went in. We called Booking.com customer service and they were no help at all despite having a policy the states if the room is not as described they will issue a refund and relocate you.... none of this was done or seemed possible. We got our own refund and found a new hotel ourselves. Dont stay here!

Always a great experience staying here. The hotel is located in a convenient location which is helpful if you’re not driving. I’ve had zero issues staying here, the staff are always accommodating.

At 8am there was a knock on our door and someone wanted to come in and check to see how the room was cleaned the day before and only wanted to check under the bed. Thought that was really strange and should have been done after it was cleaned.

The lady at the front desk that checked us in and out was amazing and super friendly.

The room didn't smell pleasant and I'm a nonsmoker and the room smells like cigarettes the top sheet has a cigarette burn the heat didn't work properly I had to go to the gas station to get ice because there was none one the whole compound the ice machines doesn't work there should be mini fridge in the room there should be smart TV or wifi or cable TV in the room

The environment was great was in a remote area where I have access to stores and other businesses.

The only issue was the noise in the hallway. From what I understand, there are people who live there, so that might indicate why things were a little loud at times during the night.

EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE. The place was disgustingly dirty and smelt terrible. The booking online I made got completely mad wrong in their system and the staff refused to change it and was going to charge me more. They also made a second reservation without my permission and wouldn't cancel it cause it was past the timeline. I wasn't happy and it went known. Couldn't believe how bad this place smelled and how dirty it was. I'm very easy going and would put up with small things wrong but this was unbelievable. I was in my room for about 5 mins just flabbergasted before walking out and demanding a refund. Can not believe this place passes any inspections if it does. So mad about the whole reservation problem and will be speaking to hire ups. I would give a 0 for everything if it was an option.

The room reeked of old dog or cat urine, with a large dog down the hall barking frequently. There was cigarette and pot smoke smell everywhere, with guests actively smoking across the hall from us. Room was grungy in general, and the whole place just had a sketchy feeling. We almost left but figured we'd tough it out for one night. After sitting in bed for a short while, I found a bed bug crawling on me, upon which we decided to leave. A refund was given without fuss, but they didn't seem at all surprised to hear about the issues.
