The bad was small and lopsided and extremely squeaky. It was actually unbearably squeaky. They need new beds.

Location was good. Didn’t get breakfast. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff were pleasant. Room was a good size.

Well I got a reminder from Booking.com to leave a review so here I'm leaving my review after 2 months. I had a bad experience; I checked in very late, around 4 AM so I had only around 8 hrs to check-out, after a long day and driving for long distance, so I woke up late around 12:30; the front desk at check-in offered to check out at 12 or 12:30, I can't remember, while I was preparing myself to leave the room, around 13:10 the gentleman from the front desk came and knocked the door saying that it shows to our head office that the guest still in the room and the security could come anytime, I was unhappy for this attitude and felt disrespectful, and this led to a mutual argument I asked the gentleman to be respectful and charge me for the late checkout instead of talking to me in this way; unfortunately an argument went to a not pleased level، I used the F word, and he named me idiot two times. I left the room at 13:30, went to the front desk, and asked to pay for this extra hour; the gentleman said listen to me first; I listened to him he said what he wanted to say when it was my turn to speak, he refused to listen like I listened to him and asked me to leave in disrepectful. The hotel business is a business that has direct contact with the guests; as a rule of thumb, a Hotel should have a good customer service and respect their guests and be considerable, putting in their mind the guest's comfort and satisfaction. This level of treating guests is unacceptable, and I wonder if this Hotel trained their staff! I was expecting the hotel without asking be considerable and seek for the guest comfort and offer a late check-out untill 2 p.m for example not kick them out For a 1 hr late and threating me by bringing the security!! That's so shame; I'm a genius member of booking.com, have booked so far hundreds of reservations and have been to around 40 countries, never experienced such a thing.

The customer service was ok overall but the lady that helped us with the checkin was a bit rude et seemed annoyed when I asked questions about the motel and what amenities were available.

There was no coffee machine & coffee ,no microwave & no fridge in the room.We could have a small cube fridge for an extra $8.00.The elevator went out of operation.( Very unfortunate for me bc I'm disabled).I was on the 3rd floor .I managed to used the stairway & managed to get down on the main floor striving for about 25 mins to get down to the main floor.A painful situation.The location of this motel is in a very inconvenient location to all amenities that were of interest to me.Will not be booking this Motel 6 in the future.

Staff were judgmental, rude, our room felt restricted, seemed like a bias towards minorities, limited resources (had to request an iron and was put on wait list), needed to request a remote to change the input (only one or two were available) doors seemed stuck, had to push hard to get it open. No pool was available, first-floor bathroom was out of order.

The bathroom tub wasn't very clean, the floors under the bed were dirty and you could see they weren't cleaned in a while. Blankets had burn marks even though it's a non smoking motel, and would have been nice to have a mini fridge.

Great location, very nice staff, comfortable beds. Vending machine with both drinks and snacks. Ice machine on every floor. Chucky cheese is next door great for kids and tons of places for food, Walmart up the road if you need anything.

When we arrived to check in ( very tired) the receptionist Linsay told us that we could not check in because they were not receiving credit and debit cards, only cash. That we had to go to an ATM and that they had to be only 20 bills. Otherwise, the reservation would be cancelled. She didn't bother to store our luggage or give us payment options. Very disappointing with the treatment of that person.

We booked with Booking.com and were provided a price. When we checked in at the hotel we were charged a totally different fee (approx. $50 more) and told that Booking.com fees might possibly be in US fees and that we would have to take it up with them. Booking.com charges in canadian fees and the hotels have a responsibility and a contract with Booking.com to charge only the fee that the customer originally booked through booking.com. We were scammed! I'm sure this isn't the only hotel that has done this so watch your bills. Booking.com was accommodating and will be working with us to get our money back. This is a totally unacceptable practice.

Stayed there for 4 nights. Room had smoke smell, i could not sleep well any of the nights. Next day i would have headaches because of the smell. I could hear everything from the next room. Girls were laughing and talking very loudly at middle of the night, which woke me up at 1:30am. Even if they talk softly i could hear their voice through the door in between the 2 rooms. Because of the storm on may 21st, electricity was out. Due to that water was too cold and could not use the shower for one day. Basically, for 2 days and 1 night I could not utilize the room for what I paid for. No tv, cant even charge my phone. Not so great experience.
