Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaStaffs were not friendly. Not enough lighting in the room. The motel is old, fridge did not work very well. In a normal case I would of request for a different room but under covid-19, we disinfected the room our way and did not want to move.

CanadaVery loud. We were on the bottom floor and you can loudly hear every step of anyone above you and any rooms next to you. The water is very loud from other rooms. The Wifi was terrible and cut in and out a lot. Tiny bathroom with mold on the walls. A/C was hit and miss. One of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in and was charged over $180 a night
Gaspe is a beautiful town and this motel is steps away from restaurants, the bay and stores. Location is no issue at all, the views are outstanding. This does not make up for the overall experience of this hotel.

CanadaA single-bed room was converted into a double-bed without leaving any space to walk. A single chair for 4 persons, no dining table. The bathroom fan was as loud as a tractor and could not be turned off. Squeaky water pipes. Poor sound insulation - you can hear your neighbours talk. No tableware and the receptionist couldn't even lend a corkscrew. Only a few TV channels with awful quality.
Easy to access. Clean rooms, easy check-in and check-out. Available when everything else is already booked. Ample parking. Working wi-fi.

CanadaRoom #5. The bathroom sink. Very modern and stylish adequate in size but in combination with the shelf above it can only be used comfortably for hand washing or shaving. In order to wash your face or brush your teeth, you have to scrunch your head under the shelf to either splash your face or spit your toothpaste, and i'm only 5'2".....its an experience lol. The size of the room was considerably smaller than the size of the bill. ;-) Food...ok. pop and water...pricey. And where's the controller for the A/C? But thank you for a safe, and otherwise comfortable stay. :-) and having a key when I locked myself out. Thank you! Service was A1. 110% throughout my stay. (Motel & Restaurant) A true Gaspe icon.
