while very clean and nice smelling, the bed blankets had some very obvious wear and are probably due to be replaced. Small tears in the middle of the topsheet for example, about the size a finger could fit through.

Room was clean, and smelled nice. staff were very friendly, and helped out whenever they could. they do not have a dinner restaurant on site but were able to direct us to some local places.

They haven’t replaced the broken security lock on the door.

It is a functional, typical older motel. We had a big clean room, good AC unit, we had hot water for showering, easy to book online while driving and check in was smooth, and they had decent breakfast options. It served its purpose of a simple one night resting spot on a long road trip home.

Very noisy group at bar that continued to cause a lot of noise until we left at 3:45 am. They were still drinking. Our room was located far from the bar area but for those rooms right next to that, it would have been terrible. Bathroom needs a lot of attention. Water running under tiles on floor

Our confirmation for our room booking.com was never confirmed with the hotel and we were charged more than we initally booked. Luckily the desk clerk worked with us to get another room for the night.

Requested all our rooms be together. All but one was in a row (the last one was on the first floor when the rest were on the second.) When booking with booking.com was given a price and then was a little shocked to pay at the property and find out the taxes were not included in the online price, when booking 6 rooms this was a big shock (an extra $$ over 300).

Stay was good for what we needed - was travelling with a high school sports team for a tournament. Breakfast was standard but good. Rooms were OK.

Very old facility. Rusty baseboard heaters, paint in the tub, just run down.

Clean and friendly staff. Good breakfast with lots of selection. Fresh fruit was old. You get what you pay for. Low price hotel. Great location.

Advised Wifi not working when i checked in. TV didn't work. Bath mat was folded neatly but soaking wet. Pillows were very old. Tolm smelled funky.

Walked into dining area and guest was repeatedly sneezing. Walked out. Do can't comment about breakfast.

We didn't like the breakfast meal. There wasn't much options to choose like warm eggs or sausages. Broken equipment like the waffle and juice machine.

The room was a smoking room and was challenging. Had to leave the door open to air out the room. The curtains were falling off the rod and wouldn't close. The sink wouldn't drain.

The staff were very pleasant and the check in easy. The location right off the Trans Canada was convenient and easy to find. The room had some modern upgrades and was very clean. Ample parking outside the room. For 1 night layover it was fine and the price was right.

Toilet lid hinges were rusty and broken. Room was very warm. Not as nice as we thought. A bit dated.

Removing the black mold all over the bathroom. Cleaning the room to remove stains, dirt and dust everywhere. We both had that icky feeling staying there.

The only good part of our stay was meeting Liese the night clerk. She was outstanding, considerate and worked hard to speak English to us as we are unfortunately nit bilingual,
