dinner should have more than 1 choice--example, i would have eaten there friday but i don't like duck---also it would be great if they had gas on site--it was a bit of a pain to ride to the coronet for gas

A bit disappointing with the fact that breakfast is served up to 9h30 but at 9 many items were already cold, others had a few amount...and no replacement at all. So, if it is a normal procedure, you should let the guests know in advance, specially because we booked for 9AM, so it was not expected that.

Location very good. Suite is cozy and complete. Accept pets ( which is a differential in the area). Breakfast place is clean and spacious. We choose the place for a stay to explore all the region around with our pet. So it was almost perfect!

The animals can’t be released into the wild. I don’t know much about caring for wild animals, but I think they need more enrichment in their habitats.

The beds were not great. The kitchen equipment was rather basic. There are a lot of animals in the park. While the deer and the moose had a lot of space, the wolves were confined to small cages :-(. The pool was rather small and didnt seem very clean. Dinner options were very limited (but we didnt eat there in the end).

The location is nice. It's 10 mins away from the fjords at the SEPAQ Saguenay park and 20 mins away from Taddoussac. The staff was very friendly

The rooms could be made more comfy.

The farm had a huge area to itself. Good for outdoor activities like hiking, biking etc. The animals were well kept and provided children with a new experience.

The rooms weren’t sound proof enough, you could hear the people on both sides of us at all times. No one checked on you the whole time we were there. I.e garbage was spilling over, should be a cleaner check in that daily.

Plaesent but old and not well maintained cabin. Very small shower. old towels. Not so clean. We did not like to see that the farm Animals were kept in smaller cages and substandard conditions.

It's an amazing place to stay with kids! Our chalet #15 was were comfortable for a family of 4 with a pet. Beds were comfortable, fireplace wad an additional charming star. Girls on the réception were helpful - thank you!

We stayed one night travelling through with two young kids. It was an awesome spot, kids loved all the animals and feeding some of them. We also tried the outdoor pool. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, which was great. Fairly clean and cozy !

The chalet is getting old and some repairs/cleanliness could be improve. Very basic supplies as well, at least coffee and tea could be expected.

Tricky to get to with steep unsealed roads that were difficult to pass after rain in a fully loaded van.

Large private house that easily fit multiple families. Interesting bed layout on the top floor able to provide some privacy to people. Laundry in the house with area to dry clothes. Great view from all the balconies.

I personally was a little sad to see the animals. They seem to be well fed and taking cared off but I’m always sad to see animals in a cage. And the price for the ATV activity was a little too expensive.

The ATV rides were a lot of fun. My kids loved the animals. Very clean an well situated. Easy access towards Tadoussac. Staff very nice and accommodating.

Awful place, dozens of dogs chained and howling throughout night and day, depressed-looking animals in small enclosures, overweight white wolf pacing up and down the fence, dozens and dozens of deer crammed in a tiny enclosure. The place feels very unsafe at night.

Water were not drinkable and we were given a filtered container with rather difficult instructions. There was no cellular reception whatsoever, not to mention Wi-Fi. Moreover, there was no air conditioning at all, and was about 10-15 minutes drive from the village. None of that was mentioned when we made our reservation.

Cabin had a great location by the lake and the kitchen was highly furnished and we were able to cook a great dinner.

Booking.com doesn't mention that yourt doesnt have toilet, shower and portable water. Traveling with family it was very inconvenient when we found out. Yourt is chilly at night but turns to sauna during the day. The pool that hotel showcases on the site is actually 11 km away from the yourt or cottage. No wifi in yourt and cottage. Don't arrive after the sunset. We got there at night, so locating a yourt in the middle of the night deep in the woods was very difficult and scary. Also the reception address doesn't match the one at the booking confirmation email, so it was a pain to actually find them at night. Yourt doesn't have any curtains. Top glass dome would be perfect to see the stars, but it was sooo dirty, that we couldn't see through at all.

Location was very nice during the day. Next night we spent at the cottage (upgraded the yourt), and it was amazing. The location, the kitchen, the view, everything was so good. Farm was also vety nice and exciting for kids

Everything was good!

The place is actually a refugee farm for saved animals who can't be released into the wild. It was a rare chance to see the animals really close, to feed them and to visit them in a different time - in the morning and in the evening. They have those fascinating animals like silver fox and white wolves and cute canadian animals: a lynx, a porcupine, a marmot and racoons. It was a really great experience! The house had nearly everything we needed. We arrived very late, at 22:30 and still entered the place because of clear instructions. The animal visiting and feeding was free for those who stay on the farm.
