I am very particular on cleanliness. I really thought the smell was normal yet it came to the point that I felt dizzy. I went to convenience store to buy a spray yet there’s non available. I went to the reception and ask for a spray because I think it’s a cigarette smell. I am very conscious and worried because I will be having my medical examination. Then she gave me. Maybe until 9pm, the noise of the people talking outside was really disturbing and I can really hear their conversation- so loud. The floor is slightly stinky. There’s a smell on it🤭. Sorry to say🤭

Maybe the price tells my total experience. Maybe the one I experienced was based on the price. I guess. But I appreciate that they allow me to check-in early because supposed to be at 2pm but as early as 1:35pm I was already there and they accommodated me ❤️🤭

There was no duvet at the bed. Luckily I brought my own sleeping bag but without it it would have been way to cold for March.

The lightning in the room very dim. There's no bathroom light. There's a very stale cigarette smell entering or exiting the room. The television works however there's a block on the majority of the channels prompting you to pay for them. Overall I was not impressed.

Very congested room. There was not enough space to even sit on the toilet commode because of the lack of space ahead of it between the commode and the tub. The towel was torn.

We booked a room with 2 double beds but when we arrived, they convinced us to take a room with 1 queen bed. That would have been great except the bed was not a queen, it was 1 double - small for 2 people. The tv was stuck on the porn channel & unusable. No glasses provided in the room, we had to go ask for glasses to brush our teeth!

The motel is clean even if it looks cheap from the outside but worst is their internet ! It’s terribly weak that you have to try so many times ! Apart from that the owner is nice and answered to all my questions.

false advertisement, do your follow-ups with the websites promoting your services-its your duty to make sure you customers are properly informed

the hotel was advertised as pet friendly, had my dog with me but they refused to lodge, saying their housekeeping staff is allergic they never accepted pets on the premises, and that it is the fault of the website I made the booking if the hotel is advertised as pet friendly. I had the booking done 1 month in advance and as I arrived at midnight or about after, it was late, and it was a lot of work to locate another hotel as pet friendly.

We did not have high expectations as it was a cheap place to stay close to the airport. But it did not even meet our lowest expectations. The room was grubby. One of the two lamps in the room did not work. No glasses, plastic or otherwise. Don't most people use a glass for water? Seems pretty basic. WIFI, while free, was so slow it wasn't worth using. And the bathroom was dreadful! It had long black hairs on the not-very-clean floor. There were no plugs in the bathroom, not in the sink or the bath so a bath was not possible. Something was wrong with the bath/shower plumbing because despite our best efforts after a shower there was water all over the floor.

Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. The bed linens were clean.
