The bed was small, hard and the pillows were thin and flat. The tv was very small, room not quiet, the toilet seat didn’t stay up, bath mat was falling. Paid extra for tv and sound proof room. The tv and room was not worth the extra fee. Only toiletries that were provided was one small (tiny) samples size bar of hand soap. There was no shampoo/conditioner, none of the usual products found in motel/hotel rooms. No extra blankets or pillows. Definitely would not pay $260 for this quality again for the 1 night stay.

Location good. There was a bed. Gardens were well maintained with great outdoor seating in the garden, overlooking lake.

Rooms were outdated and carpets were stained furniture was stained. Curtains had holes in them. The TV was an outdated tube style. The room smelled of mold and smoke and it was a no pet or smoking room. Mini fridge was not working. Price of room was way too high.

The water pressure in the shower was very good. The location of the hotel was beautiful. There was alot of room for parking.

Room needs to be brightened up with new bed covers and new carpet. Curtains were old and had holes. Would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room. The nearest Tim Hortons is several km away.

The location is beautiful. Right on the water with a lovely waterside garden with flowers,birds and chairs and tables for relaxing. The room was adequate. Clean but slightly cramped and in need of brightening up. No other amenities on the property and could not find the advertised hot tub.

The bathroom had mold in the corners, the ceiling was disgusting. The room chairs were dirty. The carpet was old, dirty and full of cigarette burns. Was told right away the do not do refunds ( I know why). Will not stay there again and will not recommend,, This place needs a major upgrade. The view from the hotel is amazing right on the water. Booking.com should not even have this place on there add

Room was terrible. Rug was stained, chairs were dirty, bed was worn out, bathroom was ancient. Room was rented for $170, not worth more than half of that. Stayed only because it was too late to find alternate accommodations. Very disappointed that this location is advertised on booking.com

The location was beautiful but the room was rustic. Curtains moth worn, carpet had holes and the fridge didn't work.

The Booking Confirmation stated several amenities which were not provided. Booking Confirmation stated: 1. Room will have a balcony and a view of the lake. Our room did not have a balcony and our only window looked at a wall about 6 feet away. We could not see the lake at all. When we complained to the Reception manager he told us that's the only room he's giving us. 2. Room will have a dining area and dining table. This was not provided. 3. Room will have WIFI: After complaining about the room, we went back to the room and learned that there was no internet password, usually displayed on a card in the room. We went back to the Manager who told us he was not giving us the password, and would not explain why. After showing him our booking confirmation, he rudely gave us a little piece of paper which had the password on it. 4. An implied amenity is that the room will be clean and in good repair. There were/are several stains on the bed cover and really old carpet. The bathroom towels were wet and wrinkled. We believe that they were unchanged from the previous occupants. (I am trying to be factual and unbiased, but what other explanation for wet towels could there be?). 5. In fairness, we probably had the worst room in the Motel, (room 11), but wouldn't an apology or reduction in the price for the room helped resolve all of this? Instead we were met with rudeness and indifference.

Location with outdoor lawn and view of the lake is nice.

As we drove in we were so happy with the grounds and the view. The sunset was spectacular. The room was very clean but there was an odour was very prominent. Not sure where the smell was coming from. The bed was small but comfortable.

It is not a hotel for families, it is a hotel for passing through and to go with your partner and stay for a few hours. It does not have a shower, only a jacuzzi.
