I reserved an ocean view room. Not exactly...it was facing the ocean BUT, there were roofs of buildings blocking our view. Our room is on the third level but in actuality it is on the lowest level. There were no elevators and we had to drag our luggages 3 levels up and down. The mask requirement made it quite hard to bring luggages 3 levels. It should have been mentioned in the description of the property.

Very Clean Rooms. Comfortable beds. Staff were very efficient. Good location...close to restaurants and grocery. There is a common area on the top floor with tables and great view of the bay.

The kitchen should have more coffee kept and also creamer. There was no cutlery in the kitchen (spoons, forks etc). The bed was spring mattress so it does feel little unconfortable. The wifi is not very strong. It keeps disconnecting.

The location was good. The room was very clean and had enough towels provided. They even had a kitchen for cooking if you had your utensils, they had plates and cups. They have a pool and hot tub which is a great facility after a long hike.

The hotel is located on a hill with a lovely view and close walk to everything. Kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable.

You are not guaranteed a parking in front of your room. If you come back late, you may have to find a parking spot far away from your room. You can also hear noises from other rooms.

The room has good size and is clean. The beds are comfortable. It has basic things you may need: hair dryer, fridge and TV. It is close to restaurants and coffee shops.

The fact that the washrooms could not be locked from the inside caused some issues for some of the group members.

Location was perfect, the design of rooms in new section was spacious and the lookout from the balcony over the bay was fantastic.

My room was in the Ocean Pavilion and it was new and clean, overlooking the water. I really liked it and the staff was super nice, especially Eythem at the reception, he went out of his way to help me with something I needed. Great service would definitely stay there again if I’m in the area

Reception needs a step outside the door, i tripped and nearly fell. I saw many before me do the same. Long waiting times to check in but i think its probably related to COVID. Wifi was not the best and had to go twice for correct codes and had to wait in line. Need a little bit more ventilation at pool area due to heat and smell of chlorine.

Great views and so convenient in terms of location. Loved that about the place. Rooms also very spacious and clean. Pool area looked great with mini waterfall.

Room was really cold. -10°C outside and no heat on in the room. Took hours for room to warm up to point that I could take off coat and boots. No fun.

The bed is cheap, hard, you feel every springs. The water barely drains from the tub shower. The shampoo in the dispencery left a waxy residu in my hair that only disapearded after 3 wash with a different shampoo. The mini fridge emits a whissel that made me wish I was death, i was so desperate for sleep. They gave us the room DIRECTLY in front of where they make the truckers park. At 5, they crossed the whole parking lot (THEY were far far away from theyre machines), started their engines for half an hour before leaving. Still no sleep. A worker from the place knocked in the morning. We asked for a minute since i wasnt wearing much. When my hubby got the soir, je sais the employee was clearly about to use his keycard to come in. And the view... WHAT VIEW It's a pretty sad parking lot and nothing else to see from that window. One my worsts stays of all time.

The room was spacious. It included everything you need for a long stay. Kitchenette with ustensiles, desk with pencil, etc
