Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaRooms This place MUST BE shut down. We booked it for one night for 6 people. Looked like ok for 2 families. No way! The sofa-bed is so run down it hard to imagine anyone can fall asleep on it. Super old AC - don't want even think how bad / moldy it could be inside. I would rather sleep in my car with my kids than inside this place. Dirty and old bedding. Some furniture is broken like the wardrobe mirror and one of the beds. The legs of the bed are patched with ducktape. When pointed out the owner was shaking the bed to prove how sturdy it still is thanks to this fix. We checked out 10 minutes after checking in. You and your family deserve better than this, trust me. I stayed in many motels and had never seen such horrible conditions. Don't be fooled by the online pictures. Here are some real pictures of the place. Service Owners are rude and don't care about their customers... We were checking and there was one person in front of us. I could not help but notice how the owner seemed generally rude towards the lady checking in. In the end he only gave her one key to the room and she politely asked if she could get another key. He said he would not give her another key. When she trying to explain that she needed the second key because she was not alone he got quite upset and started yelling at her. He was gesturing that they can knock on the door and open for each other. And pointed for her to get out as she is not going to get another key... As mentioned we checked out after 10 minutes. He seemed genuinely surprised! He had no idea how someone may be checking out so fast. Because he seemed so surprised, we decided to point out some of the issues mentioned above to the owner. This is when he started yelling at us too. Just like earlier at the lady. It is obvious he was not sorry the place was in such a bad shape. And doesn't care.

CanadaThe toilet did not flush properly, the A/C was incredibly dirty inside, the lady at the front desk gave me my room instructions in mandarin, the bed covers had cigarette holes in them, the bathroom walls had mold on them and to top it up, the room doors do not lock from inside the room... I checked the mirrors installed in front and behind the bed and the reflexion of my finger was directly against my finger (in my books, that indicates a see through mirror, but who am I to know...). I decided not to reside there as I was scared that if any issues happened, I would not be able to receive any sort of help from the staff ( as the reviews mentioned many and many times online).
The location near the St-Hubert airport is great.
