The AC was remotely controlled so we had no control over room temp. There was no fridge in the room.

There was no free breakfast even though the cost of the room was high. The location was hard to find when not familiar with the town.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like, tho it would have been nice if there was air conditioning in the room or even a fan. Other than that the room and over all 9/10.

The food was great, the pub was also great for drinks and pub food, the front desk was amazing and took time to take care of the person in front of them. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again as well as recommend!

I had no idea until I registered when I got there that I actually had booked in another location across the street. ( which is not actually just across the street to get there). I was also led to believe breakfast was included. It was not and I had to pay extra for it!

Older hotel and our room needed an update. This hotel has not changed since the 70's and definitely needs to be refurbished.

Great location and served our purpose for a one night stay. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean.

The “cottage” style room has no mini fridge. We had brought food with us and we had no where to store. Rooms were very loud and dated.

Large room but small bed. No accessible outlets to recharge phones etc. Most on one wall and three quarters of the way up the wall with just floor under it. No bar fridge considering size of room.

Easy access to highway. Bathroom had lots of counter space. Large room.

Vending machine outside of the room was out of water. Which is fair but other then that not complaints!

It was clean it was very nice cottage feel. Well still staying apart of a hotel! My fiancé loved the property. It was her favourite spot we stayed so far as we are traveling through all of newfoundland!!

Verify the hours that the restaurant and bar will be open. If not you will riding around looking for a meal.

The breakfast was good, however it was not included in the price of the room. Had dinner there the night before and it was good. Has both a restaurant seating area and bar area.

Had two different rooms and no air conditioning. It is old and worn. Needs an upgrade and remodeling. The bar was not open the one night we stayed and there is nothing close by. I

Upgrades to the bathroom. It was clean however looked dirty due to the old utilities. The noise level from upper and lower walking is very loud.

The staff was amazing especially Kayla at the front desk. The location was also good. The room was clean.

After leaving the lobby to go to our room, rest of the hotel looked old and run down. It was a major let down seeing the room after seeing such a beautiful lobby. The carpets were old, walls and baseboards old; room itself was very clean but dull looking. definitely needs a paint job. The curtains in the room did not cover the window which made us feel uneasy as we were on ground level and customers pulled up to our window in the parking lot and were able to look in. We had to hang a towel in the window to make up for the lack of drapery and to give us privacy. The bathtub surround looked old and worn. For the only major hotel in Grand Falls, it’s too bad that the rooms are not updated and modernized.

The lobby was nicely renovated and modern. Good first impression when you walk in. Staff very friendly and professional. Restaurant nice. staff super friendly. served a great breakfast.
