Not a lot of space to keep things in the shower, like my clothes and towels and personal affects. The shelf above the shower was almost out of reach. The water also sprayed way too far which made turning on the shower hard to do without getting wet. But that is the smallest gripe.

So clean and well decorated! I loved that they provided slippers which added to the feeling of home and comfort. The hosts were all so kind and caring. The beds were so comfortable and the lockers are so high tech. It was also so easy to book last minute, I really appreciate I had a place to stay so last minute in Vancouver.

The pod (an upper one) was quite high and the blind noisy. The light switch being at the back was hard to turn off as the corridor was not lighted.

The mattress and the bathroom need a major re-think. The mattress should be changed to one that is comfortable. The bathroom has to be cleaned, and maintained regularly during the day. GROSS.

The location is as expected. Near the Richmond Center. That is all I can say about it. The pod is super, super small. Do not compare it to the pods in Japan. The bed is super uncomfortable.And the bahtroom is gross.

If you wear a European size 50 shoe... They wont fit in the lock box.

Very lovely and welcoming staff ! I was stuck upon arrival for 3 days. Everywhere was booked and way over priced ! Luckily I found Panda Hotel and they made sure that I moved right in quickly and smoothly. Fresh coffee every morning and the best staff to handle all concerns and general questions and directions.

Got a top bunk didn't realize how dangerous it would be and fell out of the bunk because it's really hard to get in and out of top bunk. I hurt my back and my butt have a giant bruise on my thigh. I told the manager and got zero sympathy she didn't even ask how I was! Then I asked for a lower bunk and she told me how expensive it was to clean them and I would have to purchase another one. Give me a break it's a tiny bunk space hardly anything to clean. I was in extreme pain climbing back up and down very cruel treatment very horrid customer service.

Knowing it is a small pigeonhole, it's bigger than you might think, however, it's also noisier than I thought. With 40+ pod in one room and only a small blind to roll down, you are bound to hear everything. The storage under the bed was very small, so any suitcase or backpack need to go into a storage room and that is annoying if you need to get stuff out of that.

I really only went to try out the famous pod hotel - and it's not for me. However, it works if you travel really light and need a night to put your head down. The bathrooms/ toilets were alright as well and staff was nice enough.

It's a pod hotel, know before what you are getting. Public areas (kitchen/lounge) were quite small. Also no place to stay outside the building.

I recommend asking for a pod as far away from the door as you can. I was right beside it and the constent door opening and closing disturbed my sleep a lot. Stopped around midnight and starter again around four am...

I liked the design of the pods. It was confortable and intimate.
