The room is a bit old and worn but for the price it’s fine, the bathrooms were not all that clean.

The bathroom shower looked a bit nasty but none of us used it. The bathroom fan is also really loud so you can’t hear anyone coming in the hall or not which can be scary if u get scared by that kind of thing.

Super great location. Great price for downtown. Our room was way more spacious than I thought and it was perfect for a place to sleep. Staff keeps the place locked at night and has security so wasn’t scary at all (even for 3 younger women!). Complimentary breakfast was a great plus. You get what you pay for - privacy was great so I’ll give it 8/10. Also, yes no air conditioning but they give u a huge fan that does the trick. Will be back!

The facilities need upgrading, it does feel like a dungeon. It's a cheap accomodation so you get what you pay for. The bedroom still had some hairs around the bedding, and the shared washrooms were dirty - by that I mean hair and grime (gross). There's NO AC, but got a fan. Bed was also hard, and the pillow was super flat. I was uncomfortable all the way so I'll not stay here again.

It was not evident that you need a CREDIT card when you check in, even if you have paid, it was quite embarrassing, it is not on their website nor in the booking description. The shared bathrooms were not cleaned during my stay.

The breakfast is very generous, you can choose five items, and the location of the property is very good, close to campuses and the city center is in walking distance. There are also shops in the vicinity.

Washrooms were not very clean, bedroom was very dusty. The matress was old and not very comfortable.

Neill Wycik Hotel is in an excellent location, downtown Toronto. Breakfast was included and very good, with lots of choices. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The view from the room was breathtaking and the hotel has also a great roof deck where to hang out.

I was there during summer and it was hot in the room as there was no AC. They also put a thing at the window so you cannot open the window fully, like at 20cm. A big electric fan was the first thing I bought and I notice my neighbours were doing the same as the room and kitchen can get greenhouse kind of warm. I shared the bathroom and kitchen with my neighbours. It's only cleaned once a day real quick. So the cleanliness really depends on how clean your neighbours are. There were many construction sites around the hotel. It got extremely dusty and I had some allergic coughs. I was there temporarily to find accommodation.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good except there was almost no hot food. The location is great. Loblaws around the corner is definitely a lifesaver. Proximity to subways, Yonge Street is extremely convenient. Given the price, it did its job.

concerning the breakfast: I would really encourage you, to minimize the plastic garbage. Concerning our global plastic problem we must be aware for alternatives.

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel and the great roof deck, the staff is very friendly and helpfull, you can have your private time and quickly get in touch with other people. The hotel is very well situated.

A small room with just a bed, a fan, and a desk. While the bed was firm and comfortable, and the fan propped nicely into the window to blow cool air all night long, if the heat and humidity had been a couple ticks higher, the sleeping conditions would have been unbearable.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was well-kept, if somewhat aged. The shared facilities were fine—hot water was hot and cold water was cold. Common room had a fridge, a chest freezer, and a range. Furniture there was stained but clean. I was on the thirteenth floor, which provided a nice view of the Toronto skyline.

The bathroom was not always really clean, but considering it is a shared bathroom, it was not bad.

The staff is really nice, the room was clean, quite and with a great view. Recommended!
