We needed an appartment with two rooms, this one had it. Basic facilities available, i.e. fridge for breakfast Clear nstruction to get access to the appartment and parking lot (which was at first occupied)

Like most such short-term rentals, climate was a little on the hot and dry side, but not nearly as bad as many I've tried in recent months. Having a good sized and easy to open window made a big difference. No significant complaints really.

Lots of sunlight! Good sized window on second floor facing roughly Northeast. Plenty of free space around bed and other furniture. Do good size closets. Kitchen wasn't the best in this price range of experienced but it was both adequate and pleasant. Overall decorating style uniquely informal made me feel at home as opposed to the polished, but sometimes characterless approach seen in other places in the same market. Great location too.

This is not a regular hostel, it’s just 3 rooms in the small old building. Owners were responsive but that place is really creepy especially woman traveling alone.

One man walked inside the building and was carrying on really bad, he said his car was broken into and someone stole his iPhone and it was showing up at the location.This caused a huge distress and alarm on us.

The buses comes around frequently.Our Amazon deliveries came in a timely manner.

I recommend clicking the icon to see the pictures of the room being rented out. Of the three rooms on the ground floor available to book, only one has a window (the largest, more expensive one). The windowless rooms are good for travelers who want peace and quiet and to not be disturbed by light. Anyone looking for more ventilation should book the larger room with insuite shower. I didn't like the confusion regarding the rooms (because the main photos are of the second floor), but the property management were extremely receptive and did everything in their power to accommodate my needs and change my room. I am satisfied with the support I have received and happy with the end result. I must comment the owners for being so helpful despite the late hour.

The check-in experience was seamless and contactless. It was extremely easy and the directions provided were extremely clear. The property has slippers for guests (to keep the floors clean), there's a kettle and two mugs in each room, the beddings and towels are simple (3 towels of different sizes per person) and clean (in line with the room rental price), I accessed the property through public transit. It is well located close to the amenities I needed to access. There's a small kitchen with everything one would need. The dining table only sits two people. A group of friends would be better accommodate in the large room that has a long coffee table and sofa to hang out.

first thing I didn’t like was walls are very thin so u can hear the noises of others staying in beside rooms and also noises of footsteps from the above room. second thing is there is no temperature control inside room so cannot adjust the AC temp.

-We had trouble founding the place at first. Our Uber dropped us at the right address but it was on the other side of the building. - As the picture show, we were supposed to have a window in the room, we had no window, and it was hot. I didn’t got the room as it was advertised for. The only window we had was connected to the commun area (kitchen) and we had the kitchen smell in our room. - We had 3 suitcases with us. be careful of the stairs to go in the Property. they are stiff and narrow. it is dangerous. - Our stay was for 12 nights. for thé sheets I understand, but we could only change the sheets and towels once. our towels were wet after 2 use. - The kitchen was okay. Just 2 forks 1 knife and no spoon for 2 rooms. - We were suppose to stay for 12 nights. we did cut our stay at this location sooner than we were suppose to.

The place was clean and quiet. You have buses and subway close distance to it! It’t a good location for a short stay I would say.

My room has only one internal window and has faced to the kitchen with a light curtain and I was pretty annoying when other people go to the kitchen and turn on the lights during the night. The walls are very thin, so if the others guests are quiet is ok.

The place is clean and the bed big and confortable. Clean bed sheets and towels as you can see on the pictures.

Smelt interesting.. in the kitchen, ran out of toilet paper in shared washroom with no spares around, door at top of stairs had a missing lock (so it looked unsecure). I'd probably just pay an extra $30 and get something newer next time.

- The bedroom was not very clean with some hair / dust. Same thing in the bathroom when we arrived (however, the bathroom was cleaned every day) - There is not enough material to cook and the pans are bad quality

I'm struggling to find anything positive to say about this hotel. It was a nightmare to find the parking. The location is awful super far away from Toronto. I think the owner should mention you get a room with no windows. Just makes you feel so locked up! Furniture in the room is very old stained and looks bad. I'd rather just have no furniture. Anyway it was by far one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed it. Will not be back, will not recommend
