Beautiful B&B in a very convenient location just a few minutes walk from the Rainbow bridge and the Niagara Falls. The staff was very welcoming, and the breakfast was so tasty. Loved my stay and wished it was longer than a night.

The location was quiet and safe. Close enough to walk to the Falls. Breakfast to order was delicious. The rooms and bathrooms were tastefully decorated. Free WiFi, streaming T.V., free parking.

The bed was too hard for our liking. Breakfast was okay, probably a 6.5/10, would have enjoyed more fresh fruit options.

The shower was absolutely incredible, best water pressure shower I’ve ever had, kindof like standing under the actual Niagara Falls. Room was spacious and well equipped, also very clean.

Parking is a little tight

Close to downtown, stately Victorian manor. Good sized rooms with awesome showers. Balcony was enjoyable! Staff was over the top courteous, friendly and helpful!!!

Nothing really. As mentioned, we prefer a softer bed, but that was never a deal breaker. Other than that, we had actually no complaints at all.

The reception and service were excellent. The staff helpful and explained everything we needed to know. The breakfast was very good and served well and on time. The room was clean and met our expectations...except, the bed was a little too firm. I know - first world problem. The fireplace was a very nice touch.

This place is everything that's great. It's perfectly located for walking to the falls, along the gorge, uptown. It's gorgeous inside and out. It's spotlessly clean and wonderfully comfortable. The views from balconies and windows are of the pretty neighbourhood and the always-interesting river. Everyone there is kind, considerate and knowledgeable. Breakfast is amazing. We were blown away by the grandness, but especially by the attention to detail. We can't wait to return!

Ten of us was exploring Ice Wine Festival have stayed at this majestic B&B Exceptional place with a wonderful view of Niagara River. Stuff is very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be back for the summer experience.

the heat was set too high, and was uncomfortable to sleep. the noise the heating system made was significant. The use of bright LED lighting made it difficult to relax.

overall experience was delightful, the cleanliness of the facilities was great, the staff was super helpful and informative.

My wife would have appreciated a full length mirror somewhere in the room.

Beautiful property, inside and out. Very courteous staff. Breakfast provided was nice selection of fruits and pastries plus personal entree. The showers are amazing. Close to downtown and falls, about a 30 minute walk, it was too cold and slippery for us to try during our stay. Fireplace in our room was definitely a plus!

TV / media was a bit limited. The high temperatures in the hall.

We travelled during off peak season. Our room was upgraded. The cleanliness and workmanship of Reno’s was top notch.
