The heater was very noisy, I couldn't sleep well because of this and it took a long time to heat up the room.

Price and location are great. It was perfect for my purpose. The hot water was the best part of the room. I wouldn't book this place during winter, but for summer I would give it another try.

That the person in the lobby didn't speak English. I felt a little weird talking to a man on a phone. I also felt that it was a little in need of detail to cleanliness. Our towels had boot prints on them and dirty. The one door we had in 10 there was daylight coming through the gap between the door and frame

That it was no frills or fuss about it. We like little places like this because then we don't have to spend some much and just enjoy.

Staff do not speak English. I do not think they know French either. When you arrive they run to phone someone and hand you the phone. That person takes your name, confirms that you have a prepaid reservation, then tells you the other person will give you your room key, and to give the phone back to them. To check out you just drop your keys in a mailbox. It worked but it was hard to hear the person on the phone on the phone in the office. I heard them better on my cell at the Games when he called for an ETA on our arrival. We could have used extra pillows as they are thin. Also some info on local restaurants (even if photocopies of the phone book pages) would have been useful as we had used our data up at the Games we attended. We turned on the air conditioner before we went to bed. It was either not in the window properly or plugged and leaked all over the floor there was a huge puddle in the morning. We used the towels to soak up some of it. I called the number we had and spoke to someone about the leak. They thanked me and said they would get it looked at.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. These first two items, and a fridge, were really the only things we cared about for the night. It was the weekend of the Glengarry Highland Games in Maxville so rooms were full all over the area. I was happy to see there was a small fridge, microwave, and an electric kettle in the main room, and a hair dryer in the bathroom. Also present were enough towels, an extra bed cover, and toiletries. Our room was at the back away from lights from the street and we could park outside our room. There were stairs and two ramps which is great because I sometimes still need to use my walker.

The floors were weak, and when you walked on them. At times, you thought you were going to fall through to the ground.

The kids wanted to have Netflix on TV, but that was okay.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well equipped room. There was only a boiler and I asked for a coffee maker which was quickly provided with a smile.

I had a company vehicle and I had to walk to get items to eat or snack on. It was at least a half an hour walk away.

For the price it was extremely well taken care of. Had everything all the big ones had and more.

No coffee maker or iron. Not enough towels for number of guests. Water was not very hot for shower. Noisy neighbours with 2 dogs!

Triple Room was good for a family. Fridge and microwave were handy. Room was clean. Late check in was not a problem. Staff was friendly.
