The a/c was very loud and the room got very very warm very quickly if you turned it off and that there was no take out breakfast for people that could not eat in the restaurant

Window air conditioner did not blow air that was cool enough.....maybe needs to be looked at. Also, they could put a table or desk in the room - there was plenty of room for one.

The hotel is runned down and requires maintenance. The parking lot has a lot a of potholes. The room was renovated, but the drainage in the bathroom was leaking. Therefore a bucket was placed underneath to catch the water. The showerhead wasn‘t fixed properly to the wall and the showercurtain rail rusted. Furthermore the curtain rod sag allowing outside light shining in. The A/C‘s cable was hanging on the floor and the decoder of the TV was balanced on top of the TV. The coffee packages were torn and not replaced with new ones. The outside noise from the hallway was clearly hearable.

The bed was comfortable.

The staff mixed up my payment with another guest. No blow dryer. Edge of outer shower curtain was water stained and badly needs replacing - inner liner was clear and appeared clean.

Was near the highway and easy access to gas stations and fast food restaurants. Beds were soft, and bedding was clean (if you like a firm bed, it would not suit your liking). Overall room and facilities appeared clean.

Too noisy!! I did not sleep well on the 1st night because some people on the hotel floor were making a lot noise, all night and banging the doors. 2nd night was fair but it was still noisy. I did not like that there is no elevator. I wish they mentioned that when booking the place. I have an injury so climbing is difficult. I wish they have microwave in the room instead of one for all the hotel guests. Hotel room was ok but washroom has hairs in the shower. I had to run the Coffee maker with water several time to be sure it's clean.

The hotel is located close to shopping mall, that makes my stay a lot easier. The staff are nice and pleasant. The price is fair.

My fiancé and I booked this hotel for one night after a business meeting we stayed at this hotel. Absolute unprofessional staff! Gave us the card to one of the rooms(did not even walk us to the room) and when we walked in, it’s was super messy as if it was never cleaned🤢 We immediately ran downstairs with all our bags and laptops, it was so frustrating! Finally we got a new room but there’s no security system! We were hungry and we placed an order for about $50 and as soon as the driver dropped off our food at the door…we got a notification that the food is delivered when we checked IT WAS GONE!! Omg! My fiancé ran downstairs to ask if they may check cameras and see who took our food and the front desk response was there’s two cameras by the end of the hallways and your room is in the middle, hence no evidence to who took the food🤷🏻‍♀️😞 Such a bad experience! Wasted $133 and $50 on top for nothing. My fiancé talked to the manager named Amanda over phone for some help or compensation to what happened and she said she cannot do anything! Like seriously 🤷🏻‍♀️ disgusting! Hence, we checked out and left the place!! Not recommended at all👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Please save your time/money on booking better hotels than this. The manager (Amanda) kept blaming the courier or us for the stolen food. I just have a simple question to ask, can anything happen in your hallways and the hotel isn’t responsible at all? What kind of assurance on security do you give to your guests? Apparently, our room was too close to the middle to be in the cameras. Really disappointed the way they handled this. What kind of a hotel allows this to happen and offers no compensation/assurance to your guests?

The staff was so accommodating to any requests I had. They were Helpful with assisting me with my luggage. The NorVilla Hotel exceeded my expectations. This place makes you feel like you're a part of their family. Such friendly staff. The restaurant was excellent, I had the Clubhouse Sandwich for lunch. The portion was so big I couldn't finish it. The have a lounge, nightclub with live entertainment on the weekends. There's also a VLT lounge and outdoor patio. Overnight security is a plus. I would highly recommend this Gem of a Hotel in Winnipeg.

Beds were comfy. Good a/c. Modern bathrooms. Staff were nice, especially the housekeeping. The bedsheets and the towels are superb. Good pillows. Carpet very clean. No dust, no stain, no dirt. Lots of parking space. We would stay here again.
