Absolutely disgusting. Our rooms were not ready upon check in at 3pm. We were told they were being cleaned. We paid and were given our keys so we went for a snowmobile ride. We got back approx 8p to find our rooms. 1 room had a jacuzzi tub in the living area that looked like it had never been cleaned. The door to the room didn't close so no need for a key. The bathroom was equally disgusting. Went to the front desk and no one was around. Knowing everything was booked solid around town we didn't have much choice to stay. Each room had 2 beds. Thankfully the lights didn't turn off because when I pulled the covers back there was stains on the white sheets that looked like feces on one of the beds. The other room had clumps of hair on the sheets. We ended up sleeping fully clothed and put our outdoor gear down to sleep on. We threw our socks out in the morning because they were so dirty. When we went to check out no one was around to request a refund or at least a discount from their outrageous rate of $165/night. We went snowmobiling for the day and checked back to see if someone at the front desk and still no one around.

Where do I start. Everything in the room is broken/ outdated and ripped. The beds were awful, probably from the 70s. The couch had a flat sheet casually thrown on top to cover the rips and tears in the couch. It was more comfortable standing. The room we had was not cleaned very well, garbage left behind the toilet with urine stains on the floor. The restaurant gave both of us food poisoning. The food was awful, many things unavailable. There are maybe 4 people that work there and complain the the customers that the place is a dump. The positive reviews must be written by ghost writers or bought to boost ratings. To top it off, one of the staff left a window open of a room they were living in -22 outside, and burst the main waterline at 3am. After admitting he was kicked out of the room by another staff. Water flooded the upstairs and downstairs floors. Probably about 30-50k worth of damage to fix correctly. When asked if a plumber was coming they said their was no money for that. The amount of mold and damage was worse then you think. Entire rooms, bathrooms, destroyed. This place should and will be closed. Apparently it used to be kept up by the previous owners but has turned into a nightmare of a motel. Do not go. Sleeping in your vehicle would have been a better option.

I had booked a loft, upon arrival was told there was no lofts available and was “upgraded” to one of their igloos. The igloo was filthy. Dead bugs and dirt and mouse droppings in all of the corners, etc. Upon inspection of the bed frame, this was also filthy. Full of crumbs, dust etc. there was a dirty towel under the sink and used q tips on the floor in the bathroom. Mouse droppings on the kitchenette counter, and the small freezer looked like it had something spilled in it. There was a hole in the bathroom door. Beds were not very comfortable and furniture and finishings were old, and worn out. To top it off, as i was trying to get the hot water to work on the shower, a mouse ran across my feet. The shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold, no in between, and upon initially turning the shower on, there water appeared to be extremely dirty, or there was dirt in the tub, not exactly sure. For 150$ a night, this accommodation was unacceptable. I would have preferred to stay in a tent, however, it was minus 40 out. Thankfully the igloo was heated. Unfortunately I failed to get any pictured of the dirty details, which I regret. But I will say, camping feels cleaner than this place.

Perfect location for snowmobiling. OFSC trails directly beside property. Staff were friendly.

I ask to cancel the reservation but property still charge me the amount even though i never visit them. That’s like they just want money don’t care about the customer. Be more respectful for customers concern.

The place was dirty from the entrance the attendant was wearing dirty clothes and noticed what looked like another employee in PJ’s during the day , the room I was booked in was dirty the lady had to vacuum it before I could go in, as if that was enough, the toilet blocked and overflowing, moved to the next room only for the room to loose power every time I tried using the microwave and there was no heat in the room, they brought a heater which made no difference.

the property is in the process of major renovation and upgrading… while this did not deter from our comfort and perhaps added to the adventure, guests should know this when booking.

the owner manager greeted us personally and was very helpful. The room was cozy with a loft and a sitting room.

The place is so old and dirty. The ceiling has water damage and has holes. Bathtub wasn't cleaned for a long time.
