The facility is well run and service is immaculate. I came here for a personal retreat and it’s a perfect fit. The restaurant is a delightful surprise. The chefs truly know what they’re doing. The whole set up is conducive to relaxation and reflection.

The room was not as clean as I'd like (dust bunnies under the bed, dusty lampshade, floors not super clean). The property needs updating: the TV needs to have Spotify and Netflix, or at least, a more manageable menu (very cumbersome system that does not allow easy selection and requires to start anew every time one wishes to change that selection; few movie options). Dinner was so-so (pretty tiny portions for the price) however, the nice ladies working that evening gave my husband an extra helping of rice and Naan and that got the job done. On the day of check-out, or shower drain was not draining, and that made the morning rather stressful (having to stop the water running into the room & getting the front desk informed). They did offer to use another room's facilities and we were on our way out anyway.

The nature and tranquility of the setting were ideal. The staff were more than nice and accommodating. Truly lovely, and working very hard. The bed & bedding were very comfortable. The Spa facilities were nice & the outdoor hot tub was a nice extra. Breakfast was great and made to order. All in all, a good stay! Next time, will stay an extra night to make more use of the spa facilities and yoga.

Lobby floor needs to be washed with soapy water and than rinsed because it was making sticky sounds on my shoes. Same with room, floor not washed properly. Bathroom floor tiles need strong bleach to remove all the old black stains. Gravel road and gravel parking. There is a 12% service fee in addition to the 13% tax. Increase your room rate instead of making it look cheaper on booking.com

Cute little hotel in a treed natural environment with friendly check-in staff. Big carpet free room. Working bathroom fan. Mattress has fairly soft top but firm enough so it doesn't cave in. Bedding comfortable and made right. No old or chemical smells. No toxic air sanitizers or perfume smells. Slept very well. .

My wife and I stayed for two nights, enjoying exceptionally relaxing evenings and perfect moments. The staff were friendly, supportive, and particularly attentive, especially Mrs. Mary and Jazz. The others were also great, but I didn't catch their names. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious. The food was both delicious and fantastic.

Nothing impacted our stay however some suggestions. Not convinced it would be good value if we had paid full price. Our room was large but lacked some amenities that would make it more functional overall (iron, fridge, coat hooks, shoe storage near door etc.) The staff were brilliant but the facility overall has some quirks. The guidance at facilities where no staff were present could be improved (how to access hot tubs/changing rooms when outside doors locked, then how to return to room etc.). A little info booklet in the room to explain what is and isn't included and how to access them would make a big difference for some visitors.

Beautiful surroundings and some great facilities including free access to hot tubs, steam room, sauna. Breakfast was included and the meal options were varied, high quality and good value. Rooms were large, comfortable and very quiet. The walking trails were lovely. We booked a deal and paid a good rate for our stay.

The 7:00 fire alarm was somwhat annoying & the fact that the Velcro on the comforter kept rubbing on my wife’s legs every time she moved interfered with her sleep.

A very warm and inviting space. The Staff are attentive and strive for excellence. Room was comfortable and the amenities are perfect for unwinding. Set in a serene country setting, this is sure to distract the busy lives. The staff definitely are very accommodating! Next time when not going to the office - I hope to enjoy a full day! Yoga, trails and good food!

The staff were very friendly but there seemed to be a lot of confusion about what was going on when trying to make reservations for dinner. Some features of the room required some maintenance. (Door handle did not function if pushed down and had to be lifted up)

Quiet retreat in the country. Even with a loud wedding my room was quiet. Lots of opportunities to sit and enjoy nature or enjoy the very well maintained trails on the property. The rooms are gigantic and I had a dedicated patio with a lounge chair to enjoy.
