not very good value. The food was disappointing

The receptionist was very frazzled and did not know the details of our reservation. I one point when we were checking out she gave my friend someone else's receipt. The high tea sandwiches were stale. The toast we had for breakfast was so hard I almost broke my teeth trying to bite into it. I asked for medium well sunny side up eggs and they were pretty much raw.

I liked the surrounding grounds. The sauna and hot tub.

no Fridge in the room, unfortunately the power went out the next morning. emergency lighting in stair ways was poor. not sure how that passes code. besides that it’s fantastic. great food and people

Not much to do and not many areas for sitting or lounging outside. Noticed a bit of false advertising in the aesthetics of the resort. Not sure my husband and I would go back. We ended up leaving early.

Had an amazing spa treatment by Brianna, and had excellent service at the restaurant by our waiter, he was super friendly and observant. Rooms were spacious and clean.

There is not much to do. Hot tubs close at 7 p.m. You have to go to the front desk to sign something and let them know each time you are going to use the hot tub or sit at the out door fire pit (so they can turn it on). There is a spa but we stayed here after a beach day. Except for dinner that’s your entertainment. And I never watch movies but having nothing else to do my daughter and I were going to do that but our account was blocked and we were not able to purchase a movie. We sat outside until we got tired of that and too chilly. Then we we had a little snack we brought with us as there is no where to order from and nothing is nearby. I knew this going in so it was ok. However, there is no fridge in the room or ice that i could tell so bring a cooler. Also, there are 6 doors within 3feet of each other to get from the hallway to the basement to the ground floor rooms. Because room had a terrace/garden which sea lovely you felt like you really were descending into a basement. The carpets are too dark and hallways drab for the long low ceiling corridor. Lots of space the spa should add a lap pool or thermal pools. But not close them at 7 p.m.

Very large property with potential. Quiet and restful. Large rooms. Ground floor rooms all had terraces and back gardens.

bedroom was fine but outdated example low quality-tile floors and walls in bath, trim and doors were outdated or poorly finished, walls and ceilings needed fresh paint or deep clean, and expected spa level soaps and toiletries in the room. also no luggage rack so had put suitcases on the floor. everything was clean and beds we’re comfortable so it was fine and served it’s purpose.

i will stay again, the staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating, and the was food was wonderful ( esp the breakfast). the location was just as I expected and the views were lovely. I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy it. we used the spa services and yoga and they were very good! the room was tidy and the bed and linens nice, but it needed a deep clean ( tiles, walls, trim) and the finishes in the room were low quality and needed updating as compared to the price. but the staff were so good it really made up for the mediocre room.

That I got locked out!!! Nobody told me they lock the doors after 11pm. So I went out to dinner with family. And when I came back after 11pm. I was locked out!! And they didn’t say anything about it much. No… So sorry that happened. Just Oh … the person didn’t let us know. That’s person knew I left. That person had a right to say. Lucky I did get let in. After I walked back and forth to my car wondering what to do. Waving my hands at the camera. Looking for something to let me know how to enter. By the owner also… he said. He said lucky he was there. He just came to look around. If he hadn’t been there I would not have gotten in. Be aware. If you are there past 11pm, doors are locked and so you won’t get back in, if you are alone. I was not a fan! I was staying alone. So it wasn’t a like someone was going to come look for me.

The location and staff were amazing. The free facilities were relaxing would love to visit again sooner. Food was amazing.
