Bed was in a silly location up against the wall. Only one person has a table to put anything on beside them. The hotel smelled musty. The floor in the bathroom looked filthy (even if it wasn’t). It was way over-priced for what we got in return. (We are on a four night trip, yours the most expensive and yet the most disappointing hotel of them all).

One of us had a little breakfast (a few mouthfuls), the other didn’t have anything but would have done had there been something more interesting.

The breakfast was good. The facilities was under reno not everything was available. Got to my room went to turn on the tv and the cable box was not working. Called the front desk snd she said that she would let maintenance know, waited a half hour didnt hear anything so i went to front desk. Was told that maintenance had gone home, asked for a room change and was informed all booked up. Then the staff went looking for somebody from maintenance and found somebody. They then preceded to replace the cable box after tryng to get the old one working

The property is in need of a complete overhaul. There were two beds and both beds had holes in the sheets. The lamp had a switch missing and the bathroom light had the shade off and lying on the floor. The tv would not work. The hallway was scratched from the suitcase banging against them. The push bar on the door was loose and fell down. The automatic door opener did not work so would be hard for disabled people as well as everyone bringing in suitcases. The sidewalk was cracked and uneven. The staff did try to do there best.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was better than most. You could serve yourself scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. It was not the usual cold cereal coffee or a danish.

The hotel needs to be upgraded. The office chair in the room was missing an arm rest. The carpet on the south stairs needs to be replaced.

Breakfast was ok. The eggs needed some imagination. There was lots of food and it was hot.

AC unit was very loud. Toilet almost did not flush properly. Carpet in halls and room seemed unclean. Unpleasant smell in room.

Breakfast was smaller than expected. Your add said full breakfast. Not many condiments for toast. Zero gluten free options. The couch in the one hall with all the stab marks/rips kind of freaked us out.

Rooms poorly renovated , toilet wouldn’t flush unless you hold down like 25 seconds . Hallway smells bad ( maybe there are smoking rooms . Check in felt very complicated and long . Covid protocols not practiced . many people with out masks and no sanitizer upon entry

Syrup for the food being served. More then just white bread.

The breakfast was terrible. French toast was served for two days and there was no syrup on either day. No condiments available for any breakfast items.

The stale smell of old cigarettes made the room and furniture stink I like the room set up it was comfortable

It was not the best having a bag with eggs and a juice box was very child dish to me and my husband.

Grab and go breakfast consisted of 2 slices of bread with a fried egg. No condiments, no cheese. I understand Covid times are different but this could be improved.

Staff was amazing and accommodating, they paid extra attention to our children which was greatly appreciated. Beds were very comfortable. We got a good rest.
