there were some minor issues. the toilet seat was lagging, the swing bar door guard was broken and the sofa bed sheet was torn. we only stayed one night so we did not inform the manager.

The hallways are dated and not as clean and you can smell the exhaust from vehicles in the mornings when everyone warming up their vehicles and can hear people talking in the hallways. But not a big deal. Wish they had a breakfast option!

Super clean rooms, spacious, renovated bathrooms, most comfortable beds and pillows, love that they either have the tv on the fireplace channel or soft music when you arrive - such a unique and welcoming touch to customer service!! Great stay and amazing price!!

$28 with tax for a dog is a little bit excessive!

No fake, strong chemical fresh smells in the room. Bed was very comfortable! Bathroom was awesome. Great layout and the shower and water pressure were 10/10 The modern peanut tub for having a bath would be awesome. Away from trains and highway noise.

After being advised that the desk opened at 8 a.m. and the sign on the door stated the same thing. No one arrived at 8 am. I had to call the number and was told no one would arrive until 10 am. I explained that wasn't acceptable, and we ended up meeting with someone at 9 am who could help us. As a result, we were held an hour back from our schedule, but it could have been 2 so...

We were greeted by Harry when we checked in. He advised that the desk opened at 8 am and gave us 2 extra coffee pods for the morning. Very pleasant fellow. Rooms were clean & comfortable although furniture was dated. Safe place.

Missing a dry / storage room and/or lockers for snow gears, not ideal to carry all our gears back to the room everyday. Would be nice to have some recycling bins around the property.

Great location with just few minutes drive to the town centre. Huge parking lot in front of the hotel, just few steps away from the room.

A little outside of downtown for going for beers a little run down and hot tub closed (didn’t know there was a hot tub anyway so wasn’t really a letdown)

Bathroom tapwear not sealed into walls and loose, lever to move water from bath to shower only half works so much of the water didn’t continue to the shower. No jug for a tea, rather you would have to run the water through a drip coffee machine without the coffee in it. Only a couple of disposable cups, stirring sticks. No spoons, however, all small issues that weren’t really a big problem.

Rooms were very clean, large rooms as well which was nice. Affordable also. We would stay here again

Beds were comfy. The room was very clean. Spacious room. We had everything we needed for one night. It was also nice that we had a microwave to warm up our food. Car could be parked very close to the room which made it easy to carry our luggage.

Outlet for plugging in sled trailer was busted. Asked front desk. They would not entertain repair. Room furniture wasn’t in very good shape. Wobbly legs with random screws to try and brace them. No breakfast which we knew upon booking but used to be available here when it was the days inn.

Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable.

There wasn't much I didn't like. I did miss the daily housekeeping service as I didn't realize it wasn't included. But I guess the hotel keeps prices down by not having this service, so that makes sense. I would rather have lower prices!

I liked how the lock was the last 4 digits of my phone #. I thought that was brilliant.

The room showed minor wear and tear as a pet-friendly room, but that was not outside our expectations. Certainly an 8/10 for the room facility and still very clean 10/10.

It is a very pet-accommodating facility. Reasonably priced. The location was good for us as we were travelling through and only staying the night. The pet friendly room met our needs and expectations.

The hotel is clean, spacious and comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is to bring g ear plugs as people come and go early and late.

Very close to Revelstoke Mountain Resort and clean rooms. Showers were hot and beds were nice.
