I reserved a two double bed room on booking.com, but when arrived we were given room with one bed only. I am traveling with my aunt so not big deal to share one bed, it was large enough. But the host said "you booked online so we can't give you a room with two separate beds", but it's what I reserved, on booking.com, this could be a dealbreaker with other travelers. One hand towel still had make up on it, not clean, other towels clean. More than 20 stairs to get to rooms from lobby, no elevator in build, if your luggage is very heavy or you're not able to carry and do stairs, could be frustrating. Mini fridge not very cold, slow to get cold but did the job. Close to hwy, hear noise. Otherwise price decent, $100. Bed has bedbug mattress protector on it, which is good but also makes it hot to sleep on if you sleep hot.

The price for the room was excellent so I wasn’t expecting much. To my surprise the room had a separate living area, and the bed and bedding’s were top end. The room was so nice, I stayed in for the evening and relaxed rather than go out.

The proximity to Prince George isn't great, but there are plenty of nearby services available. There's no closet in the room where you can hang your things. There is a fair amount of road noise, so bring your earplugs! No elevator and the hotel is not wheelchair accessible.

The beds were comfortable, and the heater worked well (although the room was very cold when we entered). The Wi-Fi was strong. The room was spacious with plenty of space to spread out. Really great to have so many services close by, including the pub inside the same building as the hotel!

Sometimes a bit of a wait as receptionist handles both the desk the attached liquor store. But all does work out

The rooms have been nicely updated. They are fresh, clean and very comfortable. Outside appearance is misleading. This is my third stay and will continue to use this hotel. There is a pub down below but closes at midnight. I have never been bothered by the music. There is no elevator here so would be a problem with those with mobility problems as the rooms are upstairs and no one is available to help with the luggage.

All the rooms are on the second floor, and there’s no elevator, which makes unloading quite difficult.

The building doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the rooms are actually quite nice and spacious. Each room has their own Wifi, and the beds are quite comfy.

Room smelled like parfume (probably from cleaning). It was very strong so we had to open the window as I get headaches from strong parfume smells.

Did not realize there was no elevator, just steep stairs going to the rooms, we are both seniors with mobility issues, so very hard getting to and from the room.

The picture of the front foyer conference setting was totally misleading! They put a couple of chairs, a TV and a fake fireplace in the middle of the hall. The shower plumbing and drain did not work well

The location was not the greatest for us.

It was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed koodos to the cleaning staff and the lady at the front desk was great and beds were very comfy.

The toilet seat kept sliding sideways when reaching for the toilet paper on the side of the vanity, Would’ve been a little more convenient on the wall in front of the toilet
