My room didn't lock, so I used deadbolt of course but couldn't lock when I left the room. Kinda sketchy. Fully booked hotel so I could not change rooms.

Pick up at the airport. I had trouble getting the shuttle previously. I intended to cancel my reservation but waited too long. I sent the property a message about the phone numbers not working. They messaged back that I should call from the courtesy home at the airport. When I did so I got the same message as previously - mailbox not initialized- and was then disconnected. I paid $30 for a taxi to the property. They did not offer reimbursement. I will never stay there again!

There was NO BREAKFAST as had been advertised on the Booking.com listing. Breakfast was the ONE THING I was looking for in a hotel, and was like 90% of the reason I booked this place at all. Booking.com told us our request for early check-in had been approved when it wasn't. The walls of the hotel are paper-thin. You can hear every single sound coming from the hallway and from other rooms. The constant sound of planes taking off loudly overhead will blend into the background or keep you up at night. You might as well be standing on the tarmac. The place itself is very dingy and run-down. The elevator scared me. They took a damage deposit in the form of a hold on my credit card, but many parts of our room were visibly damaged already-- crumbling moulding, loose toilet seat and a spattering of mysterious waxy stains on the wallpaper come to mind. We were only given one room key to share between the two of us. We were charged $179 per night for this place. It was not remotely worth that amount for nothing more than a decent bed to sleep in and a working television, with no other comforts. I do not blame the hotel for any of this. The hotel knows what it is. Booking.com is the guilty party.

Booking.com told us our request for early check-in had been approved when it wasn't. The receptionist, to her credit, did try her best and got us into a room before 3 PM. This hotel knows what it is: a place where people who need airport shuttle service will spend one night at maximum. It was not a comfortable place to stay for a weekend event.

there was no porter help. The phone did not work. The TV did not work and the report to the front desk did not help. There was gnawing noise all night long that made sleep impossible.

Internal room with no windows so the room was very stuffy, didn't seem at all like the pictures I had seen on the site, loud guests throughout the night, seemed like no sound proofing as the neighbours shower sounded like it was in our room, shower in the morning had no hot water.

It is what it is. It's a bed near the airport. Room looked clean. Free shuttle to the airport.
