The room itself felt outdated and the heating/air conditioning system seemed ancient and could use an upgrade. Considering the price, the amenities weren't top-notch. Despite that, the incredible view truly made the experience worthwhile.

Our stay on the 11th floor was incredible. The room itself was a great size, comfortably accommodating us with its two king-sized beds. But the real star of the show was the view! We had a stunning panorama of Niagara Falls, making our stay even more unforgettable. Free coffee from the lobby is always a bonus!

We booked river side view room but they gave room on 3rd floor therefore view of Niagra is not visible fully. This is what i dont like about it.

The hotel needs a renovation. The rooms are a bit old but they're ok. They're missing some facilities such as a mirror in the bedroom or a coffee /tea machine.

We book a room with the falls view and it was perfect! The room was clean and everything was ok. They let us check out at 12 instead of 11 am.

They charge you $45 plus 4 different taxes for parking at their hotel, small pool, over crowded elevators Room was a great view but stains on the blankets stains on the floor. Shower faucet in the middle of taking a shower gets so hot it burns you, very dangerous.

In the morning, someone knocked on the door and asked, "I want to know who is in, who is not!" I heard she was knocking on all the doors. She woke me up in the morning and I got a headache. It is very disappointing that someone knocked on the door with a paper and pen to ask the guests questions in the hotel.

The room basically needed to be updated the whole hotel in general ,also the rug needed to be cleaned. The bathroom smelled there was no in room safe. There was a very small TV that I had to plug in myself and a very short cord on it. The dresser was very unlevel, and the drawers kept coming open, where you would actually bump into them! There was only one light over the mirror. One was out the other light was flickering. The exchange rate was deceiving other words I didn’t get the full US rate the person at the front desk said to me they make an extra 2% instead of us getting back discount 30%. They said it was like 28%. I also didn’t realize I had to pay for parking that was $45 a day.

The view from our room was excellent, and the location was very good!

They knew from the beginning we were a group of four. There weren't any facilities in the room for all of us. Such towels, shampoo nor gel shower. We were in the second floor. With trees outside our window and a view to the parking lot. I can't complain that much because the fog in the morning wasn't their fault. Obviously I never even saw the town from my window. The property is really old. I'm attaching a photo where you can see how the room is naturally damaged.

Well, as it was very late at the moment of the check in, I didn't waste time arguing with the front desk staff. At least they allowed us to stay without a credit card.

Bathtub did not have a non-skid surfsce nor a safety grab bar. Room did not have a clock or a coffee maker in it and the TV was smaller hthat one would expect these days ,especially at the prices charged.
