Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaCoffee/ tea should be provided in room. It’s so stupid that one can’t have a coffe/ tea in his own room in the morning. Or this should be informed before coming to hotel that people come with their own arrangements. Second this is parking- why parking is chargeable? When people are coming to stay at your hotel and 99% people come with their own vehicle- why do you charge them for parking ? You can add that fee into hotel expense but don’t charge separately. It leaves a bad taste while leaving the hotel.

BahrainThe hotel needs refurbishing, for the price, the facilities are very old. Everything is outdated. The bed mattresses though were confortable but everything else was very old, especially the AC. No coffee or tea available in the room, you need to go downstairs at the reception to have some, which is inconvenient.
The location is amazing, especially if you book falls views, you get a splendid view of the falls from the room, it is really worth it. The staff were super nice and welcoming.

United StatesI couldn't believe that we had to pay for parking at the hotel, we are already staying there!! There was a small piece of toilet paper (dirty toilet paper) in the hallway between our room and the elevators. We stayed for 5 nights and it was there for the entire time, yuck.
The view and closeness to the Falls was absolutely amazing. Being so close to restaurants and attractions was nice too. The room was nice and bathroom with the two person tub was very nice.
