CLEAN!! I was in the hotel/motel business for 30 years and traveled. This is THE CLEANEST HOTEL/MOTEL ROOM I've ever stayed in. The front desk, as well as housekeeping staff, were amazingly friendly, helpful and kind. Will DEFINITELY consider going back, except the bed was hard, for me. Maybe not for someone who likes a firm mattress.

The bed was a little squeaky, but it was still comfortable.

I have never rented a hotel before, but I needed a place to stay for the night. The Best Value Inn at Richmond Hill was in the right price bracket for me. It may not have been the fanciest hotel, but the service was good. They were accommodating, the bed was made, and the towels were nicely folded. I was nervous about renting a hotel room at first. I thank the staff and management for making my first hotel rental a pleasant and calming experience.

The window in my room had been left open and it was a snowy cold night so our room was at 12 degrees and very chilly.

Breakfast was ok We just grabbed coffees and left as we were travelling 2 more hours.

The bed was as comfy as a marshmallow, but the spring bed was like a rebellious rock band, making a clanging of metal-on-metal noise that triggered my oil rig PTSD.

Lovely staff, immaculately clean, a delightful surprise of complimentary breakfast, reasonably priced in comparison to the expensive Toronto hotels.

The rooms are cute and clean. Loved the little couch area. Was a little cold in the hallways and heat in room was off when I checked in so it took awhile to warm up. There was a good 1.5 to 2" gap under the door to the hall so we had to shive a towel along the bottom of the door. Other then that, it was great. It was quiet and the bed was super comfortable.

The pillows in the bedroom sucked. And no coffee in the room was okay. Just you had to walk down to get one and bring it back up without spilling it all over yourself lol. Muffins but they're always chocolate?

I was blown away on how clean the facilities are here. The furniture is a1. The beds are unbelievable. I can't say enough. Nice things about this place. Amazing

The hotel looks like it had better days, old furniture, dated bathroom, the aircon lid fallen off. . When we arrived, the police was there regarding a conflict with the residents. We got in the room and the neighbour was listening very loud music. Next morning a lady was screaming and knocking hard at a neighbour's door. Didn't felt that safe. Not very close to Toronto center, at least an hour by bus. By car can vary, in the evening it took us almost two hours to Toronto center, but early in the morning it was like 30 minutes. Breakfast very basic

The room is spacious, the mattress and pillows were good. There is a coffee machine in the room. There are restaurants and a few shops near by. Parking is free. Breakfast very early. Affordable by Toronto standards

the isolating materials in the ceiling is not that good, sometimes at night you would here the noise and clients in level 2 walking
