Ellie is a great host, she is responsive and gave us clear directions to the building and to get in. Fairly easy to find the place and it is close to winery. The accommodation is very nice and cozy with big bathroom and toilet. Surrounding area is green and peaceful. Great breakfast with many options.

Everything was great, I'd suggest all BnB owners visit this place to pick up some tips on how to make your guests feel right at home.

This is by far the best BnB I've stayed in, and I've stayed in many around the world. It was quaint with a country charm but modern upgrades where needed. -the location is central for driving everywhere by car -the parking and entry is easy and accessible -the beds were very comfortable and clean -the room was spacious with a sitting area -private bathroom was super modern and immaculate, thought that maybe they just renovated because it was so clean and upgraded -there is a kitchenette upstairs for coffee, drinking water (hot/cold), coolers and beer, and snacks, as well as downstairs in the kitchen that also had fridge space assigned to each room -there is a big pool outside that wasn't open yet but looked like soon will be -the basement was a nice touch with an office, wifi, billiards and lounge area -the breakfast was personalized and delicious, from the fresh made hash browns, to the danishes, to the bacon and eggs (straight from Ellie's chickens) You can tell that Ellie is passionate about hosting, as evidenced by the small touches that meant a lot, like the toiletries, actual shampoo/conditioner/body wash, dental kits, hair ties, razors, slippers and BATH ROBES!!! Literally everything you'd expect from a high end hotel was present at the BnB. And ladies, the lighting in the bathroom... such a dream to get ready in. There is not one thing I didn't love about this BnB, Ellie was a super sweet and communicative host. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back next time in NOTL.

A little worried when no one present when we arrived but instructions to get in were clear.

A lovely house and location. Room was large and had a lovely bathroom. Everywhere was exceptionally clean. Plenty of breakfast choices, loved the fresh fruit and the snacks. Ellie went out of her way to ensure a perfect stay. Just 5 mins drive from town and 25 mins from the falls.

Steve is a gracious host and very friendly. It was so quiet in the house we did not even know other guests were staying there. When we had a question on the TV remote and could not fix it ourselves Steve came up and showed us right away and we had a good laugh. Had to end our stay and head for home.

Location was perfect just out of town made it great to relax. Steven made you feel like you were home and he put on an awesome breakfast. The room was so comfortable.

I was in the Bushmill Suite and it was large,very well appointed with a king size bed and a very comfortable love seat.The bathroom was very large and modern with a wonderful glass enclosed shower and a large vanity for your make up,etc.Breakfast always included fruit,juice,a large main dish and yogurt and dry cereal if desired.Everything in the house was clean and very welcoming.The host was charming,very helpful and knowledgeable.Less than 10 minutes to Niagara on the Lake.Parking on the premises and easy house entry.

The house was perfect for the occasion....quiet and private set-up of rooms. Host was great and made delicious breakfasts. The place was 2 minutes from downtown by car, across from a vineyard. It worked out beautifully for us.
