The view from the room is not great - we were facing another building and a highway. You have to pay for parking inside the hotel - street parking seems not safe in the area as it's being developed. Far from Vancouver - consider 30 mins drive.

The rooms are well decorated, new and clean. Filtered water is provided every day! Large TV and neat bathroom with glass doors.

Literally couldn't think of anything that could be improved from check in to check out.

Amazing in every way. High end facilities, added extras that cost a few cents but make a stay more enjoyable and a real treat. We had an incredible view of incoming flights from the top floor. It was quiet with funky smart windows that dimmed when you wanted. Smart TV - great hairdryer even. Really nice pillows at last!

Wasn’t an issue for me (as I was booked on a higher floor) but you can see into some of the bathrooms of people’s rooms from the pool if they forget to lower the blinds

We chose Versante for a 1 night layover and weren’t disappointed. Super lovely hotel, super comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom, enjoyed the gym and the rooftop pool/spa on a very cool afternoon. Complimentary shuttle to airport. Excellent value:)

The elevator entrance was narrow and it was a little challenging to get our long suitcase through the doorway without a little finagling, while our stuff was all on the trolly.

The design was funky, it was eye catching from the moment you walked in. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed there the night before we left for our vacation. It was very close to the airport. I think our taxi ride to the airport was roughly $13 CAD. There were many restaurants to choose from within the hotel but there was also a pasta place across the street that was delicious and very affordable. Our bed was comfortable and there was a Nespresso in the room. The bathtub in the room was lovely as well and the room offered higher end amenities such as a Dyson hair dryer, heated floors in the bathroom, and higher end body products.

There was a "glitch" that charged me twice for the booking and now I have to pay for it because my credit card is due tomorrow.. One of the shuttle drivers was absurdly rude and impatient with my girlfriend when she was getting back from the airport. They did not communicate properly what was supposed to be done and the driver got mad at her, blamed her to her face and hung up on her multiple times. When she eventually got to the shuttle he looked mad and said nothing to her, it made her extremely nervous and uncomfortable, not to mention he was driving very much over the speed limit, he was doing 90 in a 60.

The hotel is very pretty, the room was very comfortable, heated floors on the bathroom where great, dyson hair dryer amazing. The whole bathroom was amazing. Ammenities were really good, most of the staff was kind and nice. The bed is very comfortable, I love the ability to mirror device screens to the TV. Overall, besides some big setbacks it was a great experience.

Smart lights were a bit much. A larger water carafe would have been appreciated after a long flight ($5 bottle of in-room water wasn't worth the cost). A small continental breakfast would have been lovely before my early flight as the restaurant's 7 am opening didn't quite work with the 7:30 shuttle. Also a small pkg of Epsom salts might have helped some visitors

Close to airport, bathtub was wonderfu, lotions and soaps were nice, ample hot water, radiant bathroom floor heat. Many stores and restaurants nearby. Great responsiveness in shuttle service. Comfortable room/bed. In-room Nespresso got me going w/o a breakfast option.

Some of the elements of the room could use a little explanation like how the lights work and the faucet for the tub. The decor in the hall is a little dark ( black & silver) and the lighting in the bathroom and dark slate floor makes the ledge to shower / bath hard to see.

Location is not close to shopping or restaurants. Drinking water provided was very limited.

Beautiful and spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Bathrobe and slippers are very nice touch. Lovely and well designed washroom. Big windows providing lot of natural light. Self parking is convenient and reasonably priced.
