The stairs to pack out stuff up would be tough for elderly. Closets with hangers would be nice

The rooms are very clean and large. You can make coffee or tea in the reception area. It is on the same property as a market and a restaurant.

We only ever get one pillow each which isn’t enough so we now bring our own. My own personal campaign which never seems to change and I raise this point after each stay here is please get rid of single use plastic cups wrapped in plastic. Can we have cardboard or ceramic please!! Also be aware all the rooms are on the upper door and there is no lift

It’s a very convenient stop half way to Vancouver. The staff are lovely and the rooms are clean. The heating works well and it is quiet. The Indian restaurant next door is fabulous

There are only steps up to the bedrooms. So not good for elderly or trying to carry babies etc. A lift would be a very helpful addition. Beds only seem to come with 1 pillow each. There are no coffee making facilities in room but there are downstairs. Breakfast is minimalist

We use this hotel as a half way stopover to Vancouver. It’s modern, super clean and quiet. The beds are comfy. There is an excellent curry restaurant that does serve other food on site . Good wifi. Helpful staff

Attention to detail. Friendly owner. Convenient location with restaurant and fruit stand attached to property. Very relaxing being right beside an orchard. The aroma of apples filled up the room. Great place to bike and trail walk.

There was only 2 pillows on the bed but would have preferred 4 being there was 2 of us. Not a deal breaker by any means just a suggestion.

Very friendly front desk person and the coffee and tea bar was available at all hours. The motel was clean and smelled of fresh apples! The location was great.

This was the second time we stayed here on our way to Salmon Arm. Again the staff was great, friendly, helpful. The room was clean, had a fridge. Breakfast was nice with fresh fruit, muffins coffee etc. Nice Restaurant and fruit stand next door!

I wish pets were allowed but 100% understand why they aren't. Otherwise I would be hard pressed to find anything I didn't like. It was great.

The wifi is included, the rooms are VERY clean, the staff are kind, thoughtful and all around lovely. The building itself is also well cared for, clean, and welcoming inside and out. They also had Roku TV in every room with Netflix, and Disney+ (there are more but I forget which ones as we didn't use them) The staff (owners I presume) were very accommodating and even brought the meals we ordered from the restaurant to our room. They made a rough day of traveling a lot easier.

The room was very large. Beds were comfy and clean. We arrived very late, after check-in had closed due to travel problems, and the staff graciously put up with us.

It was such a beautiful place! Remarkably quiet, the motel was gorgeous. With AC in the rooms it was cool despite being almost 40 degrees Celsius outside. The staff was friendly and reassuring - we happened to be there with a huge forest fire not far away and this place didn’t even smell of smoke inside. It was beautifully clean and fresh looking, the room was impeccable and the beds were like climbing into a soft white cloud. It was by far the most comfortable and cleanest motel we have ever stayed in. Bonus was that they had tea and coffee in the lobby available all times and the Indian restaurant next door was incredible - we had it for breakfast and couldn’t have been happier! Despite the fire nearby, I wish we could have stayed another night. We will definitely be back next year!
