Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel is well located, makes good impression right from the entry. The room as very spacious, clean and quiet; one cannot hear any outdoor noises. I was really impressed with the size of the rooms. There is a free parking available.

AustraliaWe were next door to the "conference room" which had a party one night, they kept going in and out and the door banged everytime. No service of our room, maybe because it was a weekend (we stayed 3 nights)? Don't really care but with no extra towels I would have liked a new hand towel by then. Also the hotel is showing its age with few powerpoints and no USB port. The lifts had only 2 out of 3 working and they took FOREVER to come.
Big room with good sized window to allow in natural light. Good sized desk and pleasant bathroom. Free parking.

CanadaThe 2 Elevators were very slow and therefore used them only twice for the 3 nights we were there. It was such a long wait for one to arrive and one night there was only one in service. Good thing we were only on the 4th floor. The housekeeping service was ONLY on Mondays and Fridays. Had to ask the front desk for more towels
The staff was very friendly and quick, lots of parking, easy location to reach, rooms were clean, and the waiter at breakfast was so good and helped us get our meal quickly when we were late getting started on our day's events. I liked that they had recharging cords in the snack area-smart idea.

We also didn’t appreciate the lies that I was personally told from the front desk, claiming you didn’t have any rooms available when in fact you did. (Because I booked online ‘after’ I was told you didn’t have any rooms available) also allowing Trudeau to manipulate YOUR business AND reputation. Do you LIKE to be controlled by your government?
