Absolutely beautiful place to stay in the Canadian Rockies! Loved everything about it. This place was recommended to by my parents (both of whom had stay the year prior) and cannot recommend this place enough. It was cozy, quite, comfortable, and lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

Location was great, easy to get to right off the highway. Staff were friendly and helpful. They accommodate our our last minute request to add our pup to our stay.

Not much, this place is great. I guess we could hear the noise from the restaurant below while in our room, however it closes early enough that it was quiet by the time we ent to sleep.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It had a gas fireplace and an incredible view looking out into Jasper National Park. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant had amazing food, cocktails and a large wine selection.

The room is a bit too warm for us, and it seems can't be adjusted.

The view is excellent and we were given a nice surprise to have an upgraded room. Thanks.

It would’ve been nice if the rooms were a little nicer and a little more maintained, the one opening window in my room was broken other than that it was an amazing room super comfortable and definitely worth it

We miss some of the old staff that used to work there as they made previous stays exceptional. The price for a coffee has become a bit high.

Wonderful location. Cozy lodge - especially just before Christmas. Nice walking trails around the lodge. Lovely restaurant.

The cooking facilities in our room, the heating which made a strange noise, and the loud refrigerator. I would stay in the lodge itself next time.

The view from the lodge was exceptional, like something from a postcard. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The restaurant whilst expensive served fantastic food in a good atmosphere.

The room door auto locked when closed so we locked ourselves out of the room twice. Staff were helpful though.

Room was spacious and clean, we took our bikes up the trails on property to Folding Mountain brewery which was a fun excursion! The property does rely on having your own vehicle as its outside the park, but that was ok for us.

Room facility like WIFI was so so. No Microwave makes it difficult to heat the night milk or something. The floor creaks a little.

Breakfast is not complimentary but served very well and served at a very beautiful scenic windows side. I regret i took the room with property view the other side would have been much better. but it was a good value of money. The room was clean and comfy.

Staff were wonderful, but there needed to be more of them. Food in the restaurant was mediocre. Dinner was just ok. Breakfast was abysmal. The hotel is isolated, so if you want better food, be prepared to drive.

For the price (and the location being somewhat isolated and the room having no fridge), it would be better that breakfast be included. Maybe a basic breakfast with the option to order from a menu for more expensive options of desired.
