I was disappointed that our friend's cabin seemed to have issues with the quality of the room and one of our friends woke up with some mysterious bug bites. His dissatisfaction was upsetting to me because I booked the location for the nights' stay. Also, although the address is Jasper east, it was over 30 mins from downtown Jasper and that was an exhausting drive at the end of the day.

Curtis was excellent at answering my questions leading up to our arrival and even upgraded us to the honeymoon suite which had an amazing view. Our experience was very good. We arrived late (10pm) and left the next morning for Lake Louise so we didn't spend much time there.

Road noise but not enough to keep us awake. Would love a kettle for water to make tea, not all of us drink coffee!

The patio with stunning views. Excellent bar and staff. Lovely dinner (extensive wine list). Books to swap, warm welcome. The red squirrel who came calling in the morning!

We couldn't get to work out coffee maker, which was really unfortunate. Also, I wish the beds were bigger.

It was a really nice place, but the picture was misleading. There are small units in bungalows which I wasn't aware about, but ours was nice and had a gas fireplace, working in summer.

It was listed as being in 'Jasper', but it was West (north) Jasper - about 40 minute drive north of Jasper proper. Was a surprise to us - I wish it had been clearer on that aspect

The apartments are a bit small but clean. The terrace was a nice addition.

We had a rude under trained waiter whose attitude absolutely spoilt our only meal at the hotel. But I must say though, the reception staff and restaurant manager resolve this problem swiftly and to our satisfaction.

We had a beautiful Mountain View which was lovely. The reception staff were very helpful and went beyond helping sort any problems that arose.

It's a bit of a drive out of Jasper itself, but for us was definitely worth it.

We were lucky enough to be offered an upgrade to one of the family chalets. It was fabulous. Lots of space to relax and with full facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the grounds and views fantastic.

Not much to complain about ... it is out of the way if you are interested in exploring the Jasper area but the site is lovely.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was dated but clean, the room was well insulated for noise. The view from the lobby/restaurant/patio was beautiful. The breakfast was pretty good too.

They recently had keys/locks changed out/etc. We were never to get into the front door ourselves because the keys didn't work right. The back door key worked fine. That was an issue they were working on. The guy that made the keys apparently didn't do a good job. Not a problem with the resort - they just got bad service from the key guy. So for us, not an issue.

Can't complain about anything! They had overbooked, so we went from a room with kitchenett to the three bedroom chalet :-)... and that was EXTREMELY nice :-) The deck/patio had a gas grill and we were able to grill steaks one night and hot dogs the next - that was a big plus for us. TV service was acceptable.

Property has a nice setting but it is close to a busy highway with lots of truck traffic. "Trails" on the provided map for the area around the lodge are mostly roads and the map is somewhat misleading

Beautiful views from the restaurant. Order the steak, it was good. The Duck was not worth the money. Stick with the burger or the steak.

The cost was very high for the size of room and there was no cancelation available, however this is probably standard for Jasper in the summer. The beds were not that big to share with a partner but the quality of the bed was not terrible. The restaurant was probably really good but the $7 cup of coffee turned us off, so we just went into Jasper to start our day.

The location and view that our room had was amazing. Be sure to check out "Folding Mountain" brewing which is super close by and was a great place to spend an evening. We had a friend from Chile visiting so the retro "lodge" style was great for them, as it was very "Canadiana" The staff was super friendly upon arrival.
